Abstract
【解決手段】モータジェネレータおよびインバータを一体的に収容するためのケースCS0は、インバータ収納スペースISを形成する収容部CIと、モータ収納スペースMSを形成する収容部CMとを含む。ケースCS0は、収容部CIおよび収容部CMが一体成型された構造を有する。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両100のモータジェネレータ制御に関する構成を示す回路図である。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両の駆動装置20の外観を示す斜視図であり、図4は、駆動装置20の平面図である。
以下、駆動装置20の構成要素のケース内の配置についてより詳細に説明する。
図6を参照して、ケース102にはモータジェネレータ組付け用および保守用の開口部109が設けられており、この開口部109は車両搭載状態においては,図示しない蓋により閉じられている。
図7を参照して、モータジェネレータMG2の断面およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室の断面が示されている。
図8および図9を参照して、エンジンのクランクシャフト50はダンパ124に接続され、ダンパ124の出力軸は動力分割機構PSDに接続される。
図10を参照して、パワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室においてはリアクトルL1の断面が示されている。リアクトルL1は、たとえば電磁鋼板が積層されたコアにコイルが巻回された構造を有する。
Claims (7)
- 回転電機と、
内燃機関の発生した動力に前記回転電機の発生した動力を合成して駆動軸に伝達する動力伝達機構と、
前記回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、
前記パワー制御ユニットを収容するための第1の収容部と、少なくとも前記回転電機を収容するための第2の収容部とが一体成型された構造を有するケースと、
前記第1の収容部の開口部を覆うように前記ケースに対して固定されるカバー部材とを備える、ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 内燃機関のクランクシャフトが結合されるダンパをさらに備え、
前記回転電機は、前記ダンパの回転軸とその回転軸が重なるように配置され、
前記第2の収容部は、前記回転電機、前記ダンパおよび前記動力伝達機構を収容するように構成され、
前記第1の収容部は、前記回転軸方向と直交し、かつ車両搭載時の鉛直方向に直交する方向から投影した場合に、前記パワー制御ユニットが前記第2の収容部の投影部の車両搭載時の鉛直方向の寸法に収まるように設けられる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記回転電機に対応して設けられるインバータのパワー素子が搭載され、前記回転電機の車両搭載時における上方に配置された回路基板をさらに含む、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記回転電機に対応して設けられるインバータと、前記インバータの入力電圧を発生するように構成された電圧コンバータとを含み、
前記電圧コンバータは、
前記回転電機の前記回転軸に対する一方側に配置されるリアクトルと、
前記回転電機の前記回転軸に対する他方側に配置されるコンデンサとを有する、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、
少なくとも一部分が前記リアクトルと前記コンデンサの間の領域に配置され、前記インバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子が搭載された回路基板をさらに含む、請求項4記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記内燃機関のクランクシャフトが結合されるダンパをさらに備え、
前記回転電機は、前記ダンパの回転軸とその回転軸が重なるように配置され、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、前記回転軸方向から投影した場合に、前記ケースの前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、および前記動力伝達機構を収容する部分の投影部の車両搭載時の水平方向の寸法に収まるように、前記ケース内に配置される、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記内燃機関のクランクシャフトが結合されるダンパをさらに備え、
前記回転電機は、前記ダンパの回転軸とその回転軸が重なるように配置され、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、前記回転軸方向から投影した場合に、前記ケースの前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、および前記動力伝達機構を収容する部分の投影部の車両搭載時の鉛直方向の寸法に収まるように、前記ケース内に配置される、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
