Claims (7)
- BET 비표면적(S)이 130∼380m2/g인 미립자상 실리카로서, 소각 X선 산란 해석에 있어서, α값 해석 대상 범위 20nm∼30nm에서의 프랙탈 형상 파라미터(α1)가 하기식(1)을 만족하고, 또한 α값 해석 대상 범위 30nm∼50nm에서의 프랙탈 형상 파라미터(α2)가 하기식(2)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 실리카.α1+0.00175S<2.518 …(1)α2+0.00174S<2.105 …(2)
- 제1항에 기재된 미립자상 실리카의 표면에 소수화제를 존재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 소수화 미립자상 실리카.
- 제1항에 기재된 미립자상 실리카를 수계 용매에 분산시켜 이루어지는 수성 분산액.
- 제1항에 기재된 미립자상 실리카로 이루어지는 액상 수지용 증점제.
- 제1항에 기재된 미립자상 실리카로 이루어지는 수지용 필러.
- 제1항에 기재된 미립자상 실리카로 이루어지는 잉크젯 기록지용 전료.
- 휘발성 규소 화합물을 수소의 존재 하에 화염 가수 분해하여 미립자상 실리카를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 휘발성 규소 화합물로서 트리클로로실란 20∼90용량%와 테트라클로로실란 10∼80용량%로 이루어지는 혼합 가스를 사용하고, 또한, 화염 가수 분해에 사용하는 수소의 양을 이론량에 대하여 1.20∼2.20배가 되는 양으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자상 실리카의 제조 방법.
