Claims (31)
- 움직이는 도구(7)가 물질의 사전처리를 위해 제공되는 하나 이상의 비울 수 있는 용기(1)를 포함하는, 사전처리된 열가소성 플라스틱 물질로 압출기(36)를 채우는 장치로서,상기 사전처리가 건조를 포함하고, 각 용기(1)는 배출 개구(18)를 가지며, 물질에 대해 상기 배출 개구(18)가 압출기(36)의 충전 개구(35)에 유체 유동가능하게 연결되어 있는 장치에서, 용기(1) 내에서 사전처리된 물질을 유동가능한 상태로 유지하는 전송 섹션(31)이 제공되고,상기 전송 섹션은 용기(1)의 배출 개구(18)에 밀봉 방식으로 연결되어 물질을 위한 유체 연결을 형성하고, 이 전송 섹션(31)이, 이의 출구에서 압출기(36)의 충전 개구(35)에 밀봉 방식으로 직접 연결가능한 커플링(69)을 가지며, 상기 전송 섹션(31) 내에는 압출기(36)를 채우기 위한 적어도 하나의 도징(dosing) 수단(46) 및 적어도 하나의 수준 조절 수단(33)이 배치되어 있으며,상기 도징 수단(46) 또는 상기 도징 수단(46)에 의해 이송된 물질의 부피가, 상기 수준 조절 수단(33)에 의해 검출된 수준치에 의해 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 장치 그 자체에 압출기가 없고 외부 압출기(36)에 의해 형성되는 압출기의 충전 개구(35)에 커플링(69)에 의해 연결가능함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이 외부 압출기(36)의 충전 개구(35)로의 연결을 위해 비워질 수(evacuatable) 있으며, 외부 압출기의 공급 영역이 진공이 유지됨(vacuum-tight)을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이 진공 배출문(28)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이 하나 이상의 후퍼(hopper)(24, 91) 또는 수집 챔버를 가지며, 이 후퍼 또는 챔버 내로 물질(12)이 유동하며 이의 배출 개구가 전송 섹션(31)의 출구에 유체 유동가능하게 연결되어 있고, 상기 배출 개구가 커플링(69)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이 용기(1)의 배출 개구(18)에 연결되어 있는 전달 장치(96)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 전달 장치(96)가 비압축식(compressionless) 스크루(20) 또는 셀방식-휠 컨베이어(cellular-wheel conveyor)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 전달 장치(96)의 공급물 부피 또는 공급물 무게를 통제하기 위한 수단(64)이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(1)로부터 물질(12)의 비움을 통제하는 밸브(82)가 용기(1)의 배출 개구(18)와 전송 섹션(31) 사이에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도징 수단(46)이, 물질이 압출기(36)를 향하여 이송되며, 공급물 부피 또는 공급물 무게가 압출기(36)의 채움 요구에 따라 조절되는 하나 이상의 컨베이어 수단을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이, 적어도 용기(1)와 압출기(36) 사이의 공간 거리의 큰 부분을 연결하는, 유동성 물질을 위한 하나 이상의 운송 수단(71)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전체 전송 섹션(31)이 주위 공기에 대해 밀봉되어 있고 비워질 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이 하나 이상의 비워지지 않는 영역(unevacuated region)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전송 섹션(31)이, 용기(1)의 배출 개구(18)를 커플링(69)에 직접적으로 연결하는 채널(93)에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(1)가, 회전 도구(7)를 위해, 하나 위에 다른 하나가 배치되는 방식으로, 캐리어 판(8)에 의해 형성되는 다수의 처리 공간(60)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(1) 내에서 처리된 물질(12)의 온도를 모니터하기 위한 하나 이상의 센서(14)가, 용기(1) 위에 또는 용기(1) 내에 각각의 용기(1)에 대해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도구(7)의 운동을 통제하기 위한 수단(64)이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 온도 조절 매질 통로용 채널(26)이 스크루(20)의 코어에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단일 용기(1)를 가지는 단일 용기 단계(95)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
