- 제1 평면에 위치하는 데이터신호 라인과 제2 평면에 위치하는 공통전극 라인을 구비하고,상기 공통전극 라인은 교차영역을 포함하고, 상기 교차영역에서, 제1 평면으로의 공통전극 라인의 정사영(projection)이 데이터신호 라인의 영역과 겹치며, 상기 교차영역에 복수의 좁은 공통전극 라인이 병렬로 설치된 액정 디스플레이의 복원방법으로서,상기 교차영역에서 정전기 브레이크 다운이 발생할 때, 브레이크 다운된 좁은 공통전극 라인을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이의 복원방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,레이저로 브레이크 다운된 좁은 공통전극 라인을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이의 복원방법.
