Claims (4)
- 기판에 형성되는 다수의 그래픽 신호라인과,상기 그래픽 신호라인에 대해 패널 전체를 가로질러 연설된 쇼트링라인과,상기 쇼트링 라인의 픽셀부에서 각 그래픽 신호라인마다 개별적으로 설치된 정전기방지소자와,상기 쇼트링 라인 위에 형성되며, 상기 정전기 방지소자와 전기적으로 연결되는 정전기 버퍼용 캐패시터를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 정전기 방지장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 쇼트링 라인은 게이트용 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 정전기 방지장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 버퍼용 캐패시터는 투명금속막을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 정전기 방지장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 투명금속막은 ITO인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치용 정전기 방지장치.
