Claims (10)
- (a) (ⅰ) 그레인 사이즈(grain size)가 50 ㎚ 이하인 전이 금속 그레인(grain)과, (ⅱ) 리튬 산화물, 리튬 황화물, 리튬 할로겐화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 리튬 함유 그레인을 함유하는 입자(particle)를 포함하는 캐소드와,리튬 금속 이외의 애노드와전해질을 구비하는 리튬-이온 전지.
- (a) (ⅰ) 그레인 사이즈가 50 ㎚ 이하인 전이 금속 그레인과, (ⅱ) 리튬 황화물, 리튬 할로겐화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 리튬 함유 그레인을 함유하는 입자를 포함하는 캐소드와,(b) 애노드와,(c) 전해질을 구비하는 리튬-이온 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 함유 그레인의 그레인 사이즈는 50 ㎚ 이하인 것인 리튬-이온 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 그레인은 철, 코발트, 크롬, 니켈, 바나듐, 망간, 구리, 아연, 지르코늄, 몰리브덴, 니오븀 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬-이온 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드는 상기 입자와 혼합된 리튬 전이 금속 산화물을 더 포함하는 것인 리튬-이온 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 직경은 0.01 ㎛ 내지 30 ㎛의 범위 내에 있는 것인 리튬-이온 전지.
