Abstract
Description
1) 고정접촉자(2, 3)에 단락 전류와 같은 대전류가 흐르면, 고정접촉자(2)를 흐르는 전류와 가동접촉자(4)를 흐르는 전류 및 고정접촉자(3)를 흐르는 전류와 가동접촉자(4)를 흐르는 전류는 각각 역방향이며, 가동접촉자(4)에 도 1의 화살표 C방향의 반발력이 발생한다.
Claims (12)
- 대향하여 배치되고, 각각에 고정접점이 마련된 한 쌍의 고정접촉자,상기 고정접점에 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 가동접점을 갖고, 상기 양 고정접촉자를 교락할 수 있도록 된 가동접촉자,상기 고정접촉자에 과전류가 흘렀을 때에 동작하는 개폐기구부,상기 고정접촉자측에서 상기 가동접촉자의 중앙부에 결합하고, 상기 개폐기구부의 동작시에 상기 가동접촉자를 상기 고정접촉자로부터 분리시키는 크로스바,일단이 상기 크로스바에 결합되고, 타단이 상기 가동접촉자의 중앙부에 결합되고, 상기 가동접촉자가 상기 고정접촉자로부터 분리되는 방향과는 반대측의 상기 가동접촉자의 한쪽면 측에 배치되어, 상기 가동접촉자를 상기 고정접촉자 방향으로 가압하는 접압스프링 및상기 가동접촉자의 양단부 근방에 각각 마련되어, 상기 가동접촉자의 상기 고정접촉자로부터의 분리시에 발생하는 아크를 소호하는 소호실을 구비하고,상기 크로스바는, 상기 가동접촉자측에 연장하고, 상기 가동접촉자의 중앙부에 결합하여 가압하는 가압부를 갖고, 이 가압부에 상기 접압스프링을 수납하는 수납부를 마련하며,상기 가압부의 외주면을 슬라이딩 가능하도록 덮음과 동시에 상기 가동접촉자에 고정된 통 모양의 피장부재를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 크로스바에, 측면으로부터 비스듬히 아래쪽을 향하는 경사홈을 형성함과 동시에, 상기 경사 홈에 핀을 끼워 삽입하여 상기 접압스프링 일단의 결합부로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피장부재는, 상기 가동접촉자와의 고정부가 상기 가동접점의 근방까지 연장하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피장부재와 상기 가동접촉자와의 고정부에 중간부재를 끼워 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가동접촉자가 전자 반발력에 의해 분리 동작했을 때, 상기 가동접촉자를 분리상태로 지지하는 분리 홀딩부재를 마련하고,상기 분리 홀딩부재는, U자 모양으로 형성되고, 양팔의 외면에 제1볼록부를 갖는 U자 모양부재로서 구성되며, 상기 가압부 내에 상기 접압스프링과 나란히 배치됨과 동시에, 상기 제1볼록부는 상기 피장부재의 내면에 형성된 제2볼록부와 결합가능하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개폐기구부에 연동하는 링크와, 상기 크로스바에 마련된 장공을 갖고, 상기 장공에 끼워져 삽입된 핀을 통해 상기 링크와 크로스바를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가동접촉자의 고정접촉자 측에, 상기 가동접촉자가 상기 고정접촉자로부터 분리되었을 때 발생하는 아크를 전류시키는 전류전극을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 전류전극은, 상기 가동접촉자의 양단부에 형성된 아크혼이, 상기 가동접촉자의 상기 고정접촉자로부터 분리했을 때 삽입하여 통과할 수 있도록 된 삽통공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 전류전극의 양단부에, 상기 소호실의 그리드의 평면과 평행하게 형성된 평행면을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
