Claims (6)
- 바닥부와 측면부를 가지는 바닥 소유 통형상의 전지캔으로서,상기 전지캔의 내측에 있어서의, 상기 바닥부와 상기 측면부의 사이에 형성되는 코너부분의 표면형상에 관하여, 해당 바닥부의 단부에 곡면이 형성되고, 더욱이, 해당 곡면으로부터 상기 측면부를 향함에 따라 해당 측면부의 두께가 얇아지도록 경사면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지캔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전지캔의 형상은 바닥을 갖는 각통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지캔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전지캔의 재질은 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지캔.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지캔을 이용한 전지.
- 프레스 가공으로 1장의 금속판으로부터 바닥부와 측면부를 가지도록 성형되는 전지캔의 제조방법으로서,상기 전지캔의 내측에 있어서의, 상기 바닥부와 상기 측면부의 사이에 형성되는 코너부분의 표면형상에 관하여, 해당 바닥부의 단부에 곡면을 형성함과 동시에, 해당 곡면으로부터 상기 측면부를 향함에 따라 해당 측면부의 두께가 얇아지도록 경사면을 형성하는 프레스 가공을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지캔의 제조방법.
