- 제21항에 있어서, 각각의 풀업 회로 및 풀다운 회로의 전류원은 각각의 제어 트랜지스터와 직렬로 연결된 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 락루프.
- 제22항에 있어서, 풀업 회로의 제어 트랜지스터는 정전압 공급원에 연결되고, 풀업 회로의 전류원 트랜지스터는 충전 펌프의 출력 노드에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 락루프.
- 제22항에 있어서, 풀다운 회로의 제어 트랜지스터는 접지전압 공급원에 연결되고, 풀다운 회로의 전류원 트랜지스터는 충전 펌프의 출력 노드에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 락루프.
- 제21항에 있어서, 다수의 프로그램 가능 트랜지스터는 풀업 및 풀다운 회로 모두의 전류원에 전류를 제어하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 락루프.
- 제25항에 있어서, 다수의 프로그램 가능 트랜지스터는 풀업 및 풀다운 회로 모두의 전류원의 전류를 함께 제어하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 락루프.
