Claims (10)
- 경질 재료, 금속 결합제 및 비수용성 압축 보조제 성분들로 이루어지는 내화성 경질 금속 결합 분말의 제조 방법으로서, 순수한 물을 액상으로서 사용하여 상기 구성 성분들을 함유하는 슬러리의 건조 단계를 포함하는 경질 금속 결합 분말 제조 방법에 있어서,우선 상기 경질 재료 및 금속 결합제 성분들을 물과 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하며, 그리고 분쇄 후에, 물의 첨가와 함께 유화제의 도움으로 생성되는 에멀션 형태의 압축 보조제 성분을 상기 슬러리와 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 결합 분말 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,1.5㎛ 미만의 평균 소적 직경을 갖는 에멀션을 생성할 수 있는 유화제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 결합 분말 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 압축 보조제로서 파라핀을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 결합 분말 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,지방성 알콜 폴리글리콜 에테르 및 모노디글리세리드의 혼합물로 구성되는 유화제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 결합 분말 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 분쇄는 아트리토에서 수행되며, 상기 슬러리는 2500 내지 8000mPas 범위의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 결합 분말 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 경질 금속 결합 분말을 경질 금속 입상체로서 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 슬러리를 건조하기 위하여 분무 건조 시스템을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 입상체 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,원통부(2) 및 원추부(3)를 구비한 분무탑(1)을 분무 건조를 위해 사용하며, 상기 슬러리를 건조하기 위해 사용되는 기체는 130℃ 내지 195℃의 온도로 시스템으로 유입되고 85℃ 내지 117℃ 범위의 온도로 시스템을 빠져나가며, 상기 분무탑(1)은, 탑 체적(m3 단위)에 대한 슬러리를 통해 첨가되는 물의 양(시간당 리터 단위)의 비가 0.5 내지 1.8이 되도록 형성되어 작동되며, 유입되는 건조 기체 m3당 최대 0.17kg의 슬러리가 분무되며, 상기 슬러리는 65중량% 내지 85중량% 범위 내의 고체 입자 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 입상체 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 슬러리를 분수 원리에 기초하는 역류 과정으로 분무 건조하며, 공기를 건조 기체로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 입상체 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 기체 유입 및 배출 온도는 분무탑의 기하학적 중점(S)에서 약 70℃ 내지 120℃의 온도가 얻어지도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 금속 입상체 제조 방법.
