Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE Pó DE GRAU METáLICO DURO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um pó de grau metálico duro consistindo em um material duro, um aglutinador metálico e componentes de ajuda de pressão não-solúveis em água envolvendo a secagem de uma pasta fluida contendo os componentes usando-se água pura como fase líquida. A característica essencial da invenção é que o material duro e os componentes aglutinantes metálicos são inicialmente moídos em água, formando uma pasta fluida, e que os componentes de ajuda de pressão são adicionados à pasta fluida na forma de uma emulsão após a moagem. A emulsão é produzida com a ajuda de um emulsionador com a adição de água.
