Claims (9)
- 천마를 볶음 처리하는 단계;상기 볶음 처리된 천마를 열수로 추출하는 단계; 및상기 열수 추출된 추출액을 농축하여 천마 열수 추출물의 농축액을 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 천마 추출물의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 천마 열수 추출물의 농축액은, 천마를 열풍으로 건조한 건천마 또는 천마를 스팀으로 증숙한 후 열풍으로 건조한 증숙건천마를 1차 추출시 볶음 처리된 건천마의 중량대비(V/W) 5~15배의 물을 가하여 90~150℃에서 1~5시간 동안 추출하여 1차 추출액을 얻고, 1차 추출 후의 잔사에 대해 2차 추출을 실시하는데 이때 2차 추출시에는 잔사 중량대비(V/W) 3~9배의 물을 가하여 90~150℃에서 1~5시간 동안 추출하여 2차 추출액을 얻은 후, 상기에서 얻은 1차 추출액 및 2차 추출액을 합한 다음 이를 20~50Brix로 농축하여 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 기호도가 향상된 천마 추출물의 제조방법.
