Claims (9)
- 납을 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 유리 분말과, 산화물-피복 형광 물질 입자를 혼합하여 소결함으로써 형성되고,상기 산화물-피복 형광 물질 입자는 발광 소자로부터의 발광에 의해 여기되고 파장 변환 광을 방출하는 황화물 형광 물질 입자의 표면에 산화물을 피복함으로써 생성되고,상기 황화물 형광 물질 입자에 의해 방출된 파장 변환 광의 세기의 감쇠가 상기 유리 분말과 상기 산화물-피복 형광 물질 입자의 혼합과 소결을 통해 억제되는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물은 실리콘 산화물, 이트륨 산화물, 알루미늄 산화물 및 란탄 산화물 중 임의의 1개의 종류 또는 2개 이상의 종류를 포함하는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황화물 형광 물질 입자는 SrGa2S4, CaGa2S4, SrS, CaS, (Sr, Ca, Ba, Mg)Ga2S4 또는 Eu로써 활성화된 (Sr, Ca, Ba)S 중 임의의 1개의 종류 또는 2개 이상의 종류를 포함하는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 황화물 형광 물질 입자는 SrGa2S4, CaGa2S4, SrS, CaS, (Sr, Ca, Ba, Mg)Ga2S4 또는 Eu로써 활성화된 (Sr, Ca, Ba)S 중 임의의 1개의 종류 또는 2개 이상의 종류를 포함하는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트.
- 발광 소자로부터의 발광에 의해 여기되고 파장 변환 광을 방출하는 황화물 형광 물질 입자의 표면에 산화물을 피복함으로써 생성되는 산화물-피복 형광 물질 입자 그리고 납을 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 유리 분말이 혼합 및 소결되는 형성 공정을 포함하고,황화물 형광 물질 입자에 의해 방출된 파장 변환 광의 세기의 감쇠가 형성 공정에 의해 억제되는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산화물은 실리콘 산화물, 이트륨 산화물, 알루미늄 산화물 및 란탄 산화물 중 임의의 1개의 종류 또는 2개 이상의 종류를 포함하는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 황화물 형광 물질 입자는 SrGa2S4, CaGa2S4, SrS, CaS, (Sr, Ca, Ba, Mg)Ga2S4 또는 Eu로써 활성화된 (Sr, Ca, Ba)S 중 임의의 1개의 종류 또는 2개 이상의 종류를 포함하는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 황화물 형광 물질 입자는 SrGa2S4, CaGa2S4, SrS, CaS, (Sr, Ca, Ba, Mg)Ga2S4 또는 Eu로써 활성화된 (Sr, Ca, Ba)S 중 임의의 1개의 종류 또는 2개 이상의 종류를 포함하는 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 형광 물질 함유 유리 시트를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
