Abstract
Description
앞서 설명된 오일(12)의 점도는, 진동 주파수에 따라 변화될 수 있는데, 예를 들어 저주파수 진동인 경우에는 움직임이 크게 일어나므로 높은 점도를 형성하는 것이 바람직하며, 고주파수를 가지는 진동은 움직임이 크지 않으므로 낮은 점도를 형성하는 것이 바람직하다. 이와 함께 상기 부싱(18)을 감싸는 탄성부재(20)의 두께도 전달되는 진동 주파수에 따라 가변적으로 적절히 조절될 수 있다.
Claims (3)
- 수위를 가지고 오일(12)이 채워진 수용부재(14)와, 상기 수용부재(14)의 내부로 삽입되어 오일(12)에 닿도록 설치되는 진동절연구조체(16)와;상기 진동절연구조체(16)는, 수용부재(14)의 바닥에 가라앉지 않으면서 면적을 가지는 지지수단(22); 및상기 지지수단(22)의 상면에 수직으로 배치 고정되는 부싱(18), 상기 부싱(18)의 표면을 감싸는 탄성부재(20)를 포함하고;상기 지지수단(22)은, 탄성부재(20)로 감싸진 부싱(18) 하단이 끼워질 수 있도록 중앙에 결합공(24)을 형성한 탄성판(26)과, 탄성판(26) 저면에 밀착된 상태로 배치되어 부싱(18)과 체결부재(28)로 체결되는 디스크판(30)과, 상기 오일(12)이 소통하도록 탄성판(26)과 디스크판(30)에 일치하도록 각각 형성되는 통공(34,36)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다 방향 진동저감장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재(20)에는 방사형을 이루며 지지수단(22)을 포함한 수용부재(14)의 내부를 전부 가리도록 덮개부재(31)가 구비되어, 상기 진동절연구조체(16)가 상하진동을 하게 되면, 오일(12)이 통공(34,36)을 통해 덮개부재(31)와 지지수단(22) 사이에 형성되는 공간(32)을 소통하면서 진동절연구조체(16)의 진동을 흡수 완화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다 방향 진동저감장치.
