- 탄소물을 열처리 한 후 산화시켜 제조되는 활물질로서, 흑연 유사 결정립 구조로 이루어져 있고, 흑연 유사 미결정립의 전부 또는 일부의 층간 거리가 0.5 ~ 2.1 nm 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 이중층 캐패시터의 전극 활물질.
- 탄소물을 열처리하고 산화제로 산화시킨 후 열처리하여 환원시켜 제조되는 활물질로서, 흑연 유사 결정립 구조로 이루어져 있고, 흑연 유사 미결정립의 층간 거리가 0.34~0.5 nm 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 이중층 캐패시터의 전극 활물질.
- 제13항에 기재된 활물질, 도전재, 바인더 및 집전체를 포함하여 이루어지고, 전극 밀도가 0.7 ~ 1.1 g/ml인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 이중층 캐패시터의 전극.
- 제14항에 있어서, 3.0 V 전압인가에 따른 전극 팽창율이 25% 이하이고, 전극 체적당 정전용량이 25 F/ml 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 이중층 캐패시터의 전극.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 활물질, 도전재 및 바인더의 총 100 중량부에 대해 상기 활물질이 80 내지 95 중량부 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 이중층 캐패시터의 전극.
- 음극, 양극 및 전해액을 구비하고, 상기 음극 및 양극 중 적어도 하나는 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전극인 전기 이중층 캐패시터.
