Abstract
Description
세라믹 몸체는 입구 말단과 출구 말단을 가지며,
입구 말단과 출구 말단은 인접한 입구 채널과 출구 채널에 의하여 연결되며,
입구 채널과 출구 채널은 입구 말단으로부터 출구 말단까지 연장되며 이들 채널 사이에 얽힌 기체 여과용의 다수의 얇은 다공성 격벽에 의하여 그리고 세라믹 플러그들에 의하여 한정됨으로써, 입구 채널은 출구 말단에 입구 세라믹 플러그를 갖고 출구 채널은 입구 말단에 출구 세라믹 플러그를 가지며,
이로써, 유체가 입구 말단으로 유입되면 격벽을 통과하여 출구 말단으로 배출되며,
여기서, 세라믹 몸체는 출구 채널의 하나 이상의 격벽에 분리층을 가지며, 여기서 분리층은 출구 채널의 출구 세라믹 플러그와 필수적으로 동일한 조성을 갖는,
일체형 세라믹 허니컴 몸체를 포함하는 세라믹 허니컴 벽 유동성 필터에 관한 것이다.
세라믹 몸체는 입구 말단과 출구 말단을 가지며,
입구 말단과 출구 말단은 인접한 입구 채널과 출구 채널에 의하여 연결되며,
입구 채널과 출구 채널은 입구 말단으로부터 출구 말단까지 연장되며 이들 채널 사이에 얽힌 기체 여과용의 다수의 얇은 다공성 격벽에 의하여 그리고 세라믹 플러그들에 의하여 한정됨으로써, 입구 채널은 출구 말단에 입구 세라믹 플러그를 갖고 출구 채널은 입구 말단에 출구 세라믹 플러그를 가지며,
이로써, 유체가 입구 말단으로 유입되면 격벽을 통과하여 출구 말단으로 배출되며,
출구 세라믹 플러그가 입구 세라믹 플러그와 상이한 조성을 갖는,
일체형 세라믹 허니컴 몸체를 포함하는 세라믹 허니컴 벽 유동성 필터에 관한 것이다.
Claims (25)
- 분산액 및 세라믹 분말로 이루어진 혼합물을 형성하는 단계(a),당해 혼합물을 점토로 이루어진 미가공 세라믹 허니컴의 하나 이상의 채널에 주입하여 플러깅된 미가공 세라믹 허니컴을 형성(이때, 분산액은 필수적으로 점토를 팽창시키지 못한다)하는 단계(b) 및플러깅된 미가공 세라믹 허니컴을 소결되기에 충분한 온도로 가열하여 다공성의 소결된 플러깅된 세라믹 허니컴을 형성하는 단계(c)를 포함하여, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액이 알콜인, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 청구항 3은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제2항에 있어서, 분산액이 메탄올, 프로판올, 에탄올 또는 이들의 혼합물인, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제3항에 있어서, 분산액이 프로판올인, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 미가공 세라믹 허니컴의 채널들의 한쪽 말단에 주입하고, 당해 혼합물을 차단된 다른 쪽 말단으로 유동시켜 혼합물이 모여서 플러그를 형성하도록 하는, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제5항에 있어서, 다른 쪽 말단이 혼합물의 분산액을 제거할 수 있는 다공성 몸체에 의해 차단되는, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 채널을 통해 유동하는 혼합물이 채널의 벽 위에 세라믹 분말을 침착시켜, 단계(c)의 가열시 분리층이 채널의 벽 위에 형성되는, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 촉매를 포함하는, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 점토로 이루어진 미가공 세라믹 허니컴을, 실질적으로 소결시키기에는 불충분하지만 결합제를 제거하고 점토를 탈수시키기에는 충분한 제1 온도에서 가열(이에 의해, 탈수된 점토가 물과 접촉하는 경우에도 사실상 재수화되지 않는다)하여 하소된 세라믹 허니컴을 형성시키는 단계(a),세라믹 분말 및 분산액으로 이루어진 혼합물을 하소된 세라믹 허니컴의 하나 이상의 채널 속으로 주입하여 플러깅된 하소된 세라믹 허니컴을 형성하는 단계(b) 및플러깅된 하소된 세라믹 허니컴을 충분한 온도에서 가열하여 소결된 플러깅된 허니컴을 형성하는 단계(c)를 포함하여, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하소 온도가 400 내지 900℃이고 단계(c)의 온도가 1000℃ 이상인, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 분산액이 알콜인, 세라믹 허니컴 속의 채널을 플러깅하는 방법.
