Claims (8)
- 디엔계 모노머 30∼45 중량% 및 알킬 아크릴레이트 55∼70 중량%로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부와 산화방지제 0.1∼1 중량부가 중합된 고무질 중합체 45∼70 중량부에 메타크릴레이트계 모노머 30∼55 중량부가 그라프트 중합되어 이루어진 충격보강제.
- 디엔계 모노머 30~45 중량% 및 알킬 아크릴레이트 55~70 중량%로 이루어진 모노머 혼합물 및 상기 모노머 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 산화방지제 0.1 중량부 내지 1 중량부를 중합하여 150~250 nm 입경을 갖는 고무질 중합체를 제조하고; 그리고상기 고무질 중합체 45~70 중량부에 메타크릴레이트계 모노머 30~55 중량부를 투입하여 그라프트 중합하는;단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노머 혼합물은 가교제 및 분자량 조절제를 사용하여 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 트리알릴이소시아네이트 또는 알릴메타크릴레이트이며, 모노머 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 1 중량부로 사용하고,상기 산화방지제는 옥타데실 3-(3,5-디-터셔리부틸-4하이드로페닐)프로피오네이트, 트리에틸렌 글리콜-비스-3(3-터셔리부틸-4-하이드록시-5-메틸페닐)프로피오네티트, 2,6-디-터셔리부틸-4-메틸 페놀, 2,2'-메틸렌비스(4-메틸-6-터셔리-부틸페놀), 트리(2,4-디-터셔리-부틸페닐)포스파이트, n-옥타데실-3(3,5-디-터셔리부틸-4-하이드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 1,3,5-트리(3,5-디-터셔리-부틸-4-하이드록시벤질)이소시아네이트, 3-3,5-디-터셔리-부틸-4-하이드록시페닐), 디스테릴씨올디프로피오네이트, 라울씨올 프로피오네이트 메탄 또는 디-페닐-이소옥틸 포스이네이트이며, 모노머 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 1 중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메타크릴레이트계 모노머는 고무질 중합체의 전환율이 70∼98 %일 때 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 충격보강제를 포함하는 내스크래치성 메타크릴레이트계 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 메타크릴레이트계 수지 조성물은 메타크릴레이트계 수지 55∼95 중량부 및 충격보강제 5∼45 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성 메타크릴레이트계 수지 조성물.
