Description
Claims (13)
- 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 사이에 배치된 액정과, 상기 액정의 주위에 배치된 밀봉을 갖는 액정 장치로서,상기 밀봉의 내주 가장자리의 안쪽에는, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 한쪽 기판의 상기 액정쪽의 면에 오목부를 마련함으로써 액정 저장부가 형성되어 있고,상기 오목부의 측면은 상기 기판의 법선과 교차하는 경사면이며,상기 오목부의 안쪽 면에 전극이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정 저장부는 상기 밀봉으로 둘러싸인 영역의 가장자리 단부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정 저장부는 상기 밀봉으로 둘러싸인 영역의 가장자리부 안쪽에서 상기 밀봉과 광변조 영역 사이에 마련된 분할부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액정 장치는 화소 전극이 형성된 화소 영역을 갖고,상기 액정 저장부는 상기 화소 영역의 주변 영역에 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액정 저장부는 상기 기판에 마련된 차광막과 겹치는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오목부는 홈 형상으로 연장하여 마련되고,상기 오목부의 연장 방향에 대하여 수직인 면에 의한 상기 오목부의 단면이 삼각형 형상으로 되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기판에는, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 사이에 배치된 액정을 교반하는 교반 장치가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 교반 장치는 압전 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 액정의 열화 상태를 판정하고, 판정 결과에 근거하여 상기 교반 장치의 운전 상태를 제어하는 열화 판정 장치를 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 열화 판정 장치는 플리커의 발생을 검출함으로써 상기 액정의 열화 상태를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 열화 판정 장치는 화상 표시 프레임보다 긴 주기의 프레임으로 상기 액정의 구동 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝터.
