Description
Claims (5)
- 용융땜납(熔融 solder) 상에 떠 있는 드로스(dross)를 가늘게 절단하고, 절단된 드로스를 용융땜납 속에 침지(浸漬)시킴으로써 드로스로부터 땜납(solder)과 산화물(酸化物)을 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물의 분리방법.
- 용융땜납 상에 떠 있는 드로스 상에 산화 분리제(酸化 分離劑)를 살포(撒布)한 후에 상기 드로스를 가늘게 절단하고, 절단된 드로스를 용융땜납 속에 침지시킴으로써 드로스로부터 땜납과 산화물을 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물의 분리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 산화 분리제는 쌀겨, 밀기울, 보리겨, 콩류, 참깨, 해바라기, 야자, 유채 씨, 식물유(植物油), 나무 가루(wood dust)의 당류(糖類) 또는 송진(松津), 염화암모늄(ammonium chloride), 아민(amine)의 할로겐화물(halogenide)의 납땜용 플럭스(flux) 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물의 분리방법.
- 복수의 날개의 평평한 면(面)이 용융땜납의 액체 표면에 대하여 직교(直交)하도록 축(軸)에 설치되고, 축은 날개의 일부가 용융땜납 속에 잠기는 위치에 부착되고, 상기 축은 모터(motor)와 연동(連動)되어 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물의 분리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 축은 복수 개로서, 축에 설치되는 날개는 인접하는 축에 설치되는 날개의 사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물의 분리장치.
