Abstract
PURPOSE:To separate a sherbetlike oxide into a solder and an oxide powder and to enable the economical use of a solder by giving a shearing force to the sherbetlike oxide floating on a molten solder level by the interlocking body of the fix position of the solder level. CONSTITUTION:The molten solder 21 of the solder tank 11 inside is pressure-fed to a nozzle 12 from a blowing-in port 16 by the pump blade 15 driven by a motor 18, jetted from the upper end opening thereof, executing soldering for the work to be transferred on the nozzle and circulated inside the tank 11. In this case a sherbetlike oxide 22 is generated at the part where the solder 21 is dropped on the solder level inside the tank and floated on the solder level. The agitation blade 17 of as the interlocking body rotated on the solder level is provided at the intermediate part of a pump shaft 14 and a continuous shearing force is exerted on the oxide 22 by the agitation blade 17. The oxide 22 is thus crushed to pieces, the solder contained therein is absorbed into the solder 21 of the tank 11 inside, a light oxide powder 23 is floated on the circumference, completely separated and sucked.
