Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the loss of operation remarkably by letting either a stirring propeller or a high speed stirring tank go up and down and carrying out regeneration with the mixture left in the stirring tank when the propeller restarts. CONSTITUTION:When stirring operation is finished, a bearing 23 and an angle 24 are taken out of a shaft 25 and a main apparatus 22. Then a stirring propeller 26 is lifted as a handle 33 is rotated and a pulley 27 is fixed. When the propeller is restarted, if the shaft 25, the stirring propeller 26 begin to start by starting of a motor 34 and the handle 33 is let to rotate and a screw shaft 31 is let down, the shaft 25 begins to rotate and drop. A bearing 23, an angle 24 are fitted and the stirring propeller 26 is let to drop gradually. The settled and caked abrasives in the stirring tank are shaved from the top or stirring operation is performed effectively and safely as they are stirred, mixed so that they can be dissolved.
