Claims (16)
- 하드코팅 필름으로서,투명 플라스틱 필름 기재를 포함하고,상기 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 하드코팅층이 형성되며,상기 하드코팅층이 하기의 (A) 성분, (B) 성분 및 (C) 성분을 포함하는 하드코팅층 형성 재료를 이용하여 형성되는 하드코팅 필름:(A) 성분: 우레탄 아크릴레이트 및 우레탄 메타크릴레이트 중 적어도 한쪽(B) 성분: 폴리올 아크릴레이트 및 폴리올 메타크릴레이트 중 적어도 한쪽(C) 성분: 하기 (C1) 및 하기 (C2) 중 적어도 한쪽으로부터 형성된 중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 상기 중합체와 공중합체의 혼합 중합체(C1): 하이드록실기 및 아크릴로일기 중 적어도 한쪽의 기를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트(C2): 하이드록실기 및 아크릴로일기 중 적어도 한쪽의 기를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 알킬 메타크릴레이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (B) 성분이 펜타에리트리톨 트라이아크릴레이트 및 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하드코팅층의 외측 표면 구조가 요철 구조인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하드코팅층의 외측 표면에 반사방지층이 형성되어 있는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 반사방지층이 실록세인 올리고머 및 불소 화합물을 포함하고,상기 실록세인 올리고머의 에틸렌 글라이콜 환산의 수평균 분자량이 500 내지 10000이며,상기 불소 화합물의 폴리스타이렌 환산의 수평균 분자량이 5000 이상이며, 플루오로알킬 구조 및 폴리실록세인 구조를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 반사방지층이, 중공이고 구상인 산화규소 초미립자를 함유하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하드코팅층 형성 재료가 레벨링제를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재 및 상기 플라스틱 필름 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 형성된 하드코팅층을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법으로서,하기의 (A) 성분, (B) 성분 및 (C) 성분을 용매에 용해 또는 분산시킨 하드코팅층 형성 재료를 준비하는 공정,상기 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 상기 하드코팅층 형성 재료를 도공하여 도막을 형성하는 공정, 및상기 도막을 경화시켜 하드코팅층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법:(A) 성분: 우레탄 아크릴레이트 및 우레탄 메타크릴레이트 중 적어도 한쪽(B) 성분: 폴리올 아크릴레이트 및 폴리올 메타크릴레이트 중 적어도 한쪽(C) 성분: 하기 (C1) 및 하기 (C2) 중 적어도 한쪽으로부터 형성된 중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 상기 중합체와 공중합체의 혼합 중합체(C1): 하이드록실기 및 아크릴로일기 중 적어도 한쪽의 기를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트(C2): 하이드록실기 및 아크릴로일기 중 적어도 한쪽의 기를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 알킬 메타크릴레이트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 (B) 성분이 펜타에리트리톨 트라이아크릴레이트 및 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 (C) 성분이, 하기 화학식 1의 반복 단위를 포함하는 중합체, 공중합체 또는 상기 중합체 및 상기 공중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법:화학식 1상기 화학식 1에 있어서, R1은 -H 또는 -CH3이고, R2는 -CH2CH2OX 또는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 기이며, 상기 X는 -H 또는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 아크릴로일기이다.화학식 2상기 화학식 2에 있어서, 상기 X는 -H 또는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 아크릴로일기이며, 상기 X는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.화학식 3
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 용매가 아세트산 에틸을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 용매 전체에 대한 상기 아세트산 에틸의 함유 비율이 20중량% 이상인 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 광학 부재를 포함하고,상기 광학 부재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 제 1 항에 따른 하드코팅 필름이 형성된 광학 소자.
- 제 1 항에 따른 하드코팅 필름을 포함하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제 14 항에 따른 광학 소자를 포함하는 화상 표시 장치.
