Abstract
본 발명은 하기 물질을 함유하는 조성물에 의하여 제품을 피복하고, 이어서 30~70℃의 온도에서 피복 제품에 U.V.조사를 수행하여 피복물을 그 자체로 중합 및 교차 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체 기재의 긁힘 방지성 및 내마모성의 성형 제품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다: (A)55~95중량%의 2개 이상의 이중 결합을 갖는 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴 단량체 및/또는 올리고머, (B)5~25중량%의 디비닐에테르 및/또는 에폭시드의 단량체 및/또는 올리고머, (C)(A) 또는 (B)가 극성기를 함유하지 않을 경우, (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 모노비닐 에테르의 극성 단일 관능기를 함유하고, 라디칼 및 양이온 형태의 광개시제의 혼합 시스템을 포함하는 0~20중량%의 단량체 및/또는 올리고머.

Claims (12)
- 제품의 표면에 하기 물질을 함유하는 혼합물의 균일층을 도포하고, 이렇게 피복된 제품에 30~70℃의 온도에서 UV조사를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 긁힘 방지성 및 내마모성 필름으로 피복된, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체 기재의 성형 제품, 판 및 필름의 제조 방법: (A)55~95중량%의 2개 이상의 중합성 이중 결합을 갖는 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴 단량체, 올리고머 또는 이들의 혼합물, (B)5~25중량%의 디비닐에테르 및 에폭시드로부터 선택된 1이상의 단량체, 올리고머, 또는 이들의 혼합물, (C)0~20중량%의 하나 이상의 극성기를 함유하는, 단일 관능성(메트)아크릴 단량체, 올리고머 및 모노비닐 에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 하나 이상, (D)(A)+(B)+(C)의 100부에 대하여 0.5~6중량부의 라디칼 광개시제, (E)(A)+(B)+(C)의 100부당 0.1~3중량부의 양이온성 광개시제, (F)(A)+(B)+(C)의 100부당 0~8중량부의 콜로이드 실리카 또는 친수성 콜로이드 금부 산화물, 단, (A)+(B)+(C)의 합량이 100이고, 성분(A) 또는 성분(B)가 적어도 하나의 극성기를 함유하지 아니할 경우, 성분(C)가 항상 존재한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복되는 제품의 열가소성 아크릴 중합체가 (메트)아크릴산의 C1~C4알킬 에스테르의 (공)중합체 또는 이들과 폴리비닐클로라이드 또는 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 또는 아크릴 탄성체와의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체가 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 글리콜, 폴리올, 에톡실화 폴리올 및 지방족 우레탄의 다관능성 (메트)아크릴레이트의 단량체, 올리고머 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 우레탄 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리트 트리아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리트 테트라이크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리트 펜타아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트 및 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트 또는 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트와 혼합한 지방족 우레탄 헥사아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리트 트리아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 트리에틸렌글리콜 디비닐에테르, 1,4-시클로헥산 디메탄올비닐에테르 및 시클로지방족 에폭시드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 하나 이상의 히드록실기 또는 카르복실기를 함유하는 히드록시알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, 카르복시알킬메타아크릴레이트 및 모노비닐에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 2-히드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-카르복시에틸아크릴레이트 및 부탄디올 모노비닐에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(D) 및 성분(E) 사이의 중량비가 2이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, UV 조사가 40~60℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득 가능한, 긁힘 방지성 및 내마모성 필름으로 피복된 열가소성 아크릴 중합체 기재의 성형 제품 및 판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
