Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 스위칭 레귤레이터로서,상기 스위칭 레귤레이터의 출력 전압을 수신하는 제1 단자;기준 전압을 생성하는 기준 전압원;상기 스위칭 레귤레이터의 출력 전압을 분배하는 전압 분배 회로;상기 기준 전압 및 상기 전압 분배 회로의 출력 신호를 수신하는 에러 증폭기;하나의 저항을 가지며, 상기 저항의 저항값에 따라 변화하는 신호를 출력하는 제1 회로 블록;구형파 오실레이터를 가지며, 상기 구형파 오실레이터의 출력 신호와 상기 제1 회로 블록의 출력 신호에 기초하여 신호를 출력하는 제2 회로 블록;상기 구형파 오실레이터의 출력 신호와 상기 제2 회로 블록의 출력 신호를 수신하여 신호를 출력하는 논리회로, 및 상기 논리회로의 출력에 기초하여 제어되는 출력 신호를 출력하는 회로를 갖는 제3 회로 블록; 및상기 에러 증폭기의 출력과 상기 제3 회로 블록의 출력 신호를 수신하여 신호를 출력하는 비교기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터.
