Claims (35)
- 섬유의 지지체를 전진시키고 연속적인 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계들로 전진하는 몸체를 종속시키고;각각의 상기 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계에서 몸체의 표면이 액체 고압 제트에 노출되어 상기 표면 하부에서 섬유들이 제트에 의해 얽히게 되며;상기 섬유들이 가죽으로부터 추출된 섬유들을 포함하는 단계들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유로부터 판재를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계들에서 스크린이 표면과 제트 사이에서 상기 표면에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 섬유의 지지체를 전진시키고;연속적인 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계들로 전진하는 몸체를 종속시키고;각각의 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계에서 몸체는 표면 하부에서 제트에 의해 섬유를 얽히게 하는 몸체의 표면 위의 액체 고수압 제트에 노출되고;둘 이상의 상기 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계들에서 스크린이 표면과 제트 사이의 상기 표면에 적용되며, 이 스크린이 얇은 고체부분이 있는 소형의 복합 근접 개구들을 가지며, 그 사이에서 제트를 저지하고 섬유를 포함시키며, 그 동안 상기 표면 위에 실질적으로 균일하게, 그리고 표면 하부에서 몸체로 깊이 개구를 통해 제트의 침투를 허용함으로서 상기 표면 하부에서 섬유의 강한 하이드로인탱글먼트에 영향을 미치는 단계들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가죽으로부터 추출된 섬유를 포함한 섬유로부터 판재를 형성하는 방법.

- 제 3항에 있어서, 섬유의 몸체가 하나이상의 상기 하이드로인탱글먼트 단계에 의해 방직 강화 섬유에 기계적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 가죽으로부터 추출된 섬유가 방직 재생법을 이용해 가죽의 기계적 분해로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
