Claims (3)
- ウェブに高圧水流を吹き付けて不織物に模様を付与する際に用いられるウェブ支持体の製造方法であって、
平板状で金属製の母材を用意する工程と、
前記母材の表面に前記模様に対応する凹部及び凸部並びに該凹部及び凸部と前記母材の裏面とを連通する通水孔をエッチング加工で一括して形成する工程と、
前記母材を円筒状の本体部に形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするウェブ支持体の製造方法。 - 前記母材を筒状に形成する工程の前に、前記母材を電解研磨処理する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウェブ支持体の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法で製造されたウェブ支持体を用いて不織物に模様付けを行うことを特徴とする模様付け方法。
