Abstract
Description
Claims (53)
- 基になる繊維(base fibre)と、溶融可能な外層を備えた添加(additional)合成繊維とからなる混合繊維(mixture of fibres)からシート材を形成する方法であって、
前記繊維から1つのウェブを形成するステップと、
前記添加合成繊維が交差部で互いに融合して、前記ウェブ内に網目状構造を形成するように、前記添加合成繊維の前記外層を溶融させるために加熱するステップと、
前記網目状構造によって前記基になる繊維を拘束しながら前記基になる繊維を交絡させるために前記ウェブに対して交絡を行うステップとからなる方法。 - 前記基になる繊維が皮革繊維である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記交絡が水流交絡である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 基になる皮革繊維(leather base fibre)と、溶融可能な外層を備えた添加合成繊維とからなる混合繊維(mixture of fibres)からシート材を形成する方法であって、
前記繊維から1つのウェブを形成するステップと、
前記合成繊維が交差部で互いに融合して、前記ウェブ内で網目状構造を形成するように、前記合成繊維の前記外層を溶融させるために加熱するステップと、
前記網目状構造によって前記皮革繊維を拘束しながら前記皮革繊維を交絡させるために前記ウェブに対して水流交絡を行うステップとからなる方法。 - 前記網目状構造に浸透する液体の複数の高圧ジェット流によって前記水流交絡を行う請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブの対向する両側から液体の複数の高圧ジェット流を適用して、水流交絡を行う請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体の複数の高圧ジェット流によって前記水流交絡を行い、跳ね返った水を受ける受水構造を設けた請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体の複数の高圧ジェット流によって前記水流交絡を複数のパスで行う請求項3から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が水である請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パスの少なくとも1つで前記ウェブと前記複数のジェット流の間に1つのスクリーンまたは複数のスクリーンを設けて前記水流交絡を行う請求項5から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーンが少なくとも60%開口している請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーンが前記複数のジェット流のピッチと同じピッチを有する複数の開口を備えている請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーンが、水流交絡を行う複数のジェット流によって複数の溝が形成されるのを十分に防ぐようになっている請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水流交絡が、6m/分(m/min)よりも速い速度で進むウェブに対し行われる請求項3から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基になる繊維の少なくとも90%が、最長6ミリ(mm)の繊維である請求項3から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、最長10ミリ(mm)の繊維である請求項3から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、前記混合繊維の重量の2%から10%を構成する請求項3から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、前記混合繊維の重量の最大5%を構成する請求項3から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、1.7から3.0デシテックス(dtex)の範囲内にある請求項3から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、内部のコアよりも低い融点を持つ外層を有するバイコンポーネント繊維である請求項3から19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外層がポリエチレンであり、前記内部のコアがポリエステルまたはポリプロピレンである請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記混合繊維が、溶融して融合することのない別の添加合成繊維も含む請求項3から21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記別の添加合成繊維が、1.0デシテックス(dtex)未満である請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記別の添加繊維が、材料の5重量%から20重量%を構成する請求項22または23に記載の方法。
- 前記皮革繊維長が、3ミリ(mm)未満である請求項2または4、またはそれらに従属するいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維の前記外層が、前記ウェブに熱い空気を通すことにより溶融する請求項1から25のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱い空気が前記ウェブを通って流れる間、前記ウェブが複数の多孔質ベルトの間に保たれる請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記水流交絡が行われたウェブの前記表面を加熱して、前記表面で前記添加合成繊維を溶融させる請求項1から27のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記交絡されたウェブの前記表面にバフ研磨を行う請求項1から28のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブの前記表面を前記加熱する前に、前記交絡されたウェブの前記表面にバフ研磨を行う請求項28に記載の方法。
- 2つに分けられた前記ウェブが、水流交絡の前に補強布からなる対向する両側部で一体化される請求項1から30のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基になる繊維が、前記補強布と交絡する請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブ(または各ウェブ)が前記網目状構造を形成した後リールに巻かれ、前記ウェブがそのようなリールから引き出されて前記交絡が行われる請求項1から32のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記網目状構造の前記融合した交差部が、交絡により少なくとも部分的に破壊されている請求項1から33のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記網目状構造は大部分開口しており、そのため前記網目状構造の固体部分がその構造において占める割合が小さい請求項1から31のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が溶融した後で且つ前記交差部で融合し且つ固化する前に、前記混合繊維が圧縮される請求項1から35のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から36のいずれか1項に記載の前記方法を使用して形成されたシート材料。
- 基になる皮革繊維からなる、交絡した複数の繊維の少なく1つのボディからなるシート材であって、前記皮革繊維が貫通するようにボディ内に透かし構造(openwork structure)が広がり、前記透かし構造が交差部で融合する前記添加合成繊維の網目状構造により決定され、前記網目状構造が前記シート材料に占める重量割合が小さいシート材料。
- 前記皮革繊維が、最長6ミリ(mm)の繊維である請求項38に記載のシート材料。
- 前記添加合成繊維の90%が、最長10ミリ(mm)の繊維である請求項38または39に記載のシート材料。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、前記シート材料の重量の10%を構成する請求項38から40のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、前記シート材料の重量の最大5%を構成する請求項41に記載のシート材料。
- 前記添加合成繊維が、内部のコアより低い融点を有する外層を備えたバイコンポーネント繊維である請求項38から42のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外層がポリエスチレンであり、前記内部のコアがポリエステルまたはポリプロピレンである請求項43に記載のシート材料。
- 前記添加繊維が1.7から3.0デシテックス(dtex)の範囲内にある請求項38から44のいずれか1項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記交絡した繊維のボディもまた溶融して融合することのない別の添加合成繊維を含む請求項38から45のいずれか1項に記載のシート材料。
- 前記別の添加合成繊維が、1.0デシテックス(dtex)未満である請求項38から46のいずれか1項に記載のシート材料。
