Description
Claims (6)
- 인가되는 전원에 의해 길이방향으로 발생하는 제1의 신축진동모드와 두께방향으로 발생하는 제2의 굴곡진동모드를 동시에 발생시키는 압전체;상기 압전체의 일측에 함몰 형성된 오목부에 일부분이 만입되어 고정되며, 상기 압전체에서 발생한 진동에 의해 타원 운동을 하는 마찰부재;를 포함하는 압전 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마찰부재의 두께를 w, 상기 마찰부재가 상기 오목부에 만입된 깊이를 x라 할 때, 만입 비율(x/w)에 관하여 다음의 조건식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 모터.[조건식] 0.1 ≤ x/w ≤ 0.5
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 압전체의 오목부는 상기 압전체에 복수 개 형성되며,상기 마찰부재는 상기 각각의 오목부에 만입되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 모터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 마찰부재는 원형 단면 또는 각형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 모터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 마찰부재는 상기 압전체에서 외부로 돌출된 부분이 곡면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 모터.
