Abstract
【解決手段】圧電モータは、印加される電源により第1の振動モードと第2の振動モードを同時に発生させる圧電体と、前記圧電体の一側に陥没し形成された凹部に湾入し固定され、前記圧電体において発生した振動により楕円運動をする摩擦部材とを含み、摩擦部材の付着が共振周波数に及ぼす影響を最少化することを特徴とする。これにより、圧電モータの駆動効率が増大し、摩擦部材の付着強度が改善される上、摩擦部材の固定位置が一定であるため、付着位置の変化による共振周波数の変化を防ぐことができるという効果を得ることができる。

Claims (6)
- 印加される電源により第1の振動モードと第2の振動モードを同時に発生させる圧電体と、
前記圧電体の一側に陥没し形成された凹部に一部分が湾入し固定されて、前記圧電体において発生した振動により楕円運動をする摩擦部材と、
を含む圧電モータ。 - 前記摩擦部材の厚さをw、前記摩擦部材が前記凹部に湾入した深さをxとする場合、湾入比率(x/w)に関して、以下の条件数式を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電モータ。
[条件数式]0.1≦x/w≦0.5 - 前記圧電体の凹部は、前記圧電体に複数個形成され、
前記摩擦部材は、前記夫々の凹部に湾入し固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電モータ。 - 前記摩擦部材は、円形の断面または角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電モータ。
- 前記摩擦部材は、前記圧電体から外部に突出した部分が曲面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電モータ。
- 前記第1の振動モードは、前記圧電体の長さ方向に発生する伸縮振動モードで、前記第2の振動モードは、前記圧電体の厚さ方向に発生する屈曲振動モードであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電モータ。
