Claims (10)
- 회전륜과, 정지륜과, 상기 회전륜과 정지륜 사이에 위치하는 복수의 전동체로 이루어지는 베어링(100)의 상기 회전륜과 정지륜 사이에 형성되는 개구부에 구비되는 시일(140)에 있어서,정지륜에 삽입되는 원통부(141a)를 구비하는 시일 지지부(141)와; 상기 시일 지지부(141) 또는 슬링거(147)에 부착되는 탄성부(143)와; 회전륜에 삽입되는 제1 원통부(147a)와, 상기 제1 원통부(147a)로부터 반경 방향으로 연장 형성되는 반경부(147b)로 이루어지는 슬링거(147)와; 상기 탄성부(143)로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 슬링거(147) 또는 시일 지지부(141)의 일측에 접촉하는 하나 이상의 시일립(135a, 135b 및/또는 135c)과; 상기 슬링거(147)의 반경부(147b) 일측에 구비되는 인코더(149)와; 상기 슬링거(147)의 반경 방향으로 시일 지지부(141)의 원통부(141a)를 향하여 소정의 높이와 폭으로 형성되는 하나 이상의 돌기(150)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 돌기(150)는 인코더(149)와 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기(150)의 폭과 높이는 전동체(130)로부터 멀어질 수록 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 시일(140)의 탄성부(143)는 시일 지지부(141)의 원통부(141a)를 포함하여 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 시일(140)의 탄성부(143)는 시일 지지부(141)의 원통부(141a)를 포함하여 부착되며, 상기 슬링거(147)는 제1 원통부(147a)로부터 이격되며 반경부(147b)로부터 연장 형성되는 제2 원통부(147c)를 더 구비하며, 상기 시일(140)은 원통부(141a)에 부착되는 탄성부(143)에서 연장 형성되어 제2 원통부(141c)와 접촉하는 하나 이상의 머드립(135d)을 더 포함하며, 상기 돌기(150)의 높이는 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 돌기(150)의 폭은 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 원통부(141a)에 구비되는 탄성부(143)는 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 두께가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 시일(140)의 탄성부(143)는 시일 지지부(141)의 원통부(141a)를 포함하여 부착되며, 상기 슬링거(147)는 제1 원통부(147a)로부터 이격되며 반경부(147b)로부터 연장 형성되는 제2 원통부(147c)를 더 구비하며, 상기 시일(140)은 원통부(141a)에 부착되는 탄성부(143)에서 연장 형성되어 제2 원통부(141c)와 접촉하는 하나 이상의 머드립(135d)을 더 포함하며, 상기 돌기(150)는 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 높이가 감소하는 구간과 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 높이가 증가하는 구간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기(150)는 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 높이가 증가하는 구간과 전동체(130)에 가까워질수록 높이가 감소하는 구간을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
- 제1 항 내지 제9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시일(140)은 슬링거(147)의 반경 방향으로, 상기 돌기(150)와 반대 방향으로 소정의 높이와 폭을 가지고 형성되는 하나 이상의 돌기부(160)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 돌기부(160)의 폭은 전동체로부터 멀어질수록 폭이 감소하며, 상기 돌기부(160)의 높이는 전동체로부터 멀어질수록 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링용 인코더 일체형 시일(140).
