Abstract
Description
RFID태그는 실린더상의 안테나코일을 가지고 전체가 봉상으로 형성되며, 그 축방향을 도전성부재의 설치면과 평행하게 하고, 설치면에 거의 접하도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 안테나코일과 제어부를 갖는 RFID태그를 도전성부재에 설치하는 구조물에 있어서,상기 도전성부재에는 표면을 개방한 설치홈이 형성되며,상기 RFID태그는, 실린더상의 안테나코일을 구비하여 전체가 봉상으로 형성되며, ASK방식으로 통신을 수행하는 RFID태그로서, 상기 RFID태그는, 그 축방향을 상기 설치홈의 저면에 의해 형성된 설치면에 거의 접하도록 평행하게 설치되어, 그처럼 설치된 RFID태그의 표면측이 비도전성부재로 만들어진 보호체로 씌워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 설치구조물.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 RFID태그는 상기 도전성부재의 설치면에 대해 10㎛ 내지 5㎜의 이간거리를 가지고 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 설치구조물.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 설치홈에 설치하는 상태에서 상기 RFID태그의 측면측 및/또는 설치면측이 도전성재료로 만들어진 보호부재로 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 설치구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 보호부재에 표면을 개방하는 수납부가 형성되어, 상기 수납부내에 상기 RFID태그를 수납하는 것으로 상기 RFID태그의 측면측 및 설치면측을 보호하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 설치구조물.

- 안테나코일과 제어부를 갖는 RFID태그 도전성부재에 설치하는 방법에 있어서,실린더상의 안테나코일을 가지고 전체가 봉상으로 형성된 RFID태그를 도전성부재로 만들어진 보호부재에 형성된 표면의 개방된 수납부에 수납함과 함께 상기 도전성부재에 표면의 개방된 설치홈을 형성하여, 상기 수납부의 개방측을 표면으로하여 상기 보호부재를 상기 설치홈에 설치하고, 상기 RFID태그의 축방향을 상기 설치홈의 저면과 평행하도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 설치방법.

- 안테나코일과 제어부를 갖는 RFID태그를 도전성부재에 설치하여 통신하는 방법에 있어서,상기 도전성부재의 표면을 개방하는 설치홈을 형성하고, 실린더상의 안테나코일을 가지고 전체가 봉상으로 형성되어 ASK방식으로 통신을 수행하는 상기 RFID태그를, 그 축방향을 상기 설치홈의 저면으로 형성된 설치면과 평행하게 하고, 상기 설치면에 거의 접하도록 설치하며, 상기 RFID태그는 상기 설치홈상의 개방측의 공간에 대한 자속을 이용하여 통신을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 통신방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ASK방식으로 통신을 수행할 때에 사용하는 주파수는 50kHz 내지 500kHz의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID태그의 설치구조물.
