Claims (21)
- ステータ(1)に配置された少なくとも1つのリードコイル(2)を備えた位置固定側から、主軸(3)に配置された少なくとも1つのトランスポンダコイル(4)を備えた回転側へエネルギーを無接触に誘導的に伝達させるためのトランスポンダシステムにおいて、
ステータが、導電性に優れ且つ透磁率の小さな材料から作製され、および/または、ステータの内周のトランスポンダコイルの領域に、透磁性の高い材料またはフェライト材から成る層が設けられていること、
リードコイル(2)がフェライトコアの上に巻回され、透磁性の高い材料またはフェライト材から成る層が、リードコイル(2)の領域で中断して形成されていること、
を特徴とするトランスポンダシステム。 - 導電性に優れ且つ透磁率の小さな材料がアルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- トランスポンダコイル(4)および/またはリードコイル(2)がフラットコイル(6)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- リードコイル(2)がU字状のコア(7)のまわりに巻回されたコイル(8)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- フラットコイル(6)としてのトランスポンダコイル(4)および/またはリードコイル(2)がステータおよび/またはロータ(11)の筒状の内周(9)および/または外周(10)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- トランスポンダコイル(4)および/またはリードコイル(2)がステータ(1)および/またはロータ(11)の端面(12,13)の内側および/または外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- フラットコイル(6)が、導線(15)をプリントした薄膜(15)として、自己粘着性を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3から6までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- フラットコイル(8)とロータ(11)またはステータ(1)との間に、透磁性の高い材料の層(17,18)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から7までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- 透磁性の高い材料の層が非晶質金属(17)の薄膜、または、非導電性フェライト金属(18)の薄膜から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- 透磁性の高い材料の層(17,18)が0.01mmと1mmの間の厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- リードコイル(2)がトランスポンダコイル(4)よりも幅広に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- フラットコイル(6)が回転対称なプレーナーコイル(19)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から11までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- プレーナーコイル(19)が多層に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- フラットコイルがほぼ平行な導線(14)を備えたフィルムベルト(20)として形成され、フィルムベルト(20)は任意に短く切断可能であり、フィルムベルトを曲げて筒体を形成させた後、コイルに対し導線の間隔分だけずらしてこれら導線の端部同士をつなぎ合わせて接触させていることを特徴とする、請求項3から11までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- フラットコイル(6)が主軸(3)および/またはステータ(1)の環状溝(21)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から14までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- 透磁性の高い材料の層(17)が、コイル(2,4,6,8)を取り囲んでいる主軸(3)および/またはステータ(1)の材料よりも大きな透磁率を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- 主軸(3)が鋼から成り、非晶質金属から成る層(18)の上に、回転対称なフラットコイル(6)として構成されるトランスポンダコイルが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- 主軸(3)がCrMn鋼から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- ステータがアルミニウムから成り、フェライトフィルムから成る層の上に、回転対称なフラットコイルとして構成されるリードコイル(2)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- ステータ(1)および/またはロータ(11)とフェライトフィルム(18)との間に、導電性に優れた材料から成る層(22)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から19までのいずれか一つに記載のトランスポンダシステム。
- 導電性に優れた材料が銅であることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載のトランスポンダシステム。
