Description
本發明係有關一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設置於定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉軸上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸。此種詢答機系統在日常生活中之重要性越來越高。其可在一被動裝置中作為識別及記憶體,或在一主動裝置中處理感測資料,無線資料傳輸使得所使用及控制之資料可雙向傳輸。小型化自主測量系統在技術上已可實現,市面上已出現多種詢答電路及系統。
DE 199 24 830係提出一種詢答機系統,其係用於測量車輛輪胎溫度與空氣壓力及監控磨損。溫度及壓力的測量係藉助一在硫化輪胎中的電子詢答機,其可應一收發報機之要求,以一數位載頻法將測量值經一徑向整合在輪胎上設作扁平線圈之詢答線圈傳輸至安裝在車輛上具一發射線圈之收發報機。詢答機一般由一或數個矽晶片與一些外部元件構成,該矽晶片上整合有溫度感測器、微機械壓力感測器、一微處理器及所屬之解析與傳輸電子元件。收發報機與詢答機之間的通信為數位式,收發報機發送命令至詢答機,詢答機例如以進行測量、補償及線性化測量值以及傳輸測量資料及/或其他儲存在詢答機中的資料作為應答。
進行程序監控之感應器或最佳化程序之主動件亦為工具機製造不可或缺。測量值記錄器主要安裝在可被方便接觸之處。為旋轉件時,例如轉軸,轉子之物理特性只可間接由定子測得。無線傳輸法雖已普遍使用,但機械製造之需求為使該種系統自主工作。故資料傳輸尚須能量耦合,尤其是以感應方式。此處習知方法,例如使用答詢技術,無法被簡單地適配,因該系統在研發時對機械製造之特殊要求的考量不足。
例如因渦流損耗及其他附生作用出現信號干擾,而使資料傳輸變得極為困難。其他因素為資料傳輸方面的複雜容量與電阻變化以及幾何與材料感應變化。
為避免此種干擾,DE 196 10 284係提出一種天線線圈,其具至少一匝。該線圈之一側設有一屏障,其覆蓋導電環線並構成一開環。如此可減少電性干擾場之影響。以一頻率選擇電路搭接屏障之中斷亦可抑制電磁干擾場之影響。
設計感應耦合系統時,周圍環境之材料扮演一重要角色。因線圈電阻會隨頻率及材料之電磁特性改變。產生的交變場會在材料中產生渦流損失,使得旋轉系統之功率輸入變難。感應耦合系統一重要特徵為線圈之耦合,其應達一最高耦合係數。故振蕩回路品質越高時,次級線圈需要的電流就越小,因損失減少。實際應用時,詢答線圈之功率一般例如為5V,10mW,讀取線圈之電流則只為170mA。
本發明之目的在於改良此種詢答機系統,使得讀取線圈之環境,尤其是定子,由一具低磁導率之良好導電材料構成,尤其是鋁,且/或在詢答線圈處的定子內壁設一層由高導磁率材料構成的薄膜。
本目的由本發明詢答機系統如下而達成:讀取線圈之環境,尤其是定子,由一具低磁導率之良好導電材料構成,尤其是鋁。
定子由鋁製成時有兩種作用,其一為會降低詢答線圈之電感,其係由於良好導電之鋁中的渦流損失所致。但令人意外的是,線圈阻抗及損失功率亦同時明顯下降。如此而有利地提高詢答線圈之品質及靜止與轉動側間之功率傳輸。由於並聯諧振回路之較佳品質,共振時之功率接受及過壓明顯優於非鋁製的定子。故詢答線圈要有固定功率時,讀取線圈需要一較低電流。因此電流密度降低,使得讀取線圈亦可具一較小尺寸。
詢答線圈及/或讀取線圈設作扁平線圈時,可有利地降低線圈製造成本。且此種扁平線圈的體積小。其亦可在稍後有利地安裝在現有機械上。
讀取線圈設在一U形芯體上時可達到高磁通量。且製造成本低,因此種芯體為一般市售芯體。
詢答線圈及/或讀取線圈設作扁平線圈固定在定子及/或轉子圓柱形周壁內側及/或外側時,線圈之組裝特別容易。
詢答線圈及/或讀取線圈固定在定子及/或轉子頂壁內側及/或外側時,可使線圈之間達到特別良好之耦合。此種組裝方式之缺點為轉軸需要一自由端。此種組裝方式特別有利的是使用具鐵氧芯之線圈。此處由於高磁通量而可達到良好的耦合。
扁平線圈,尤其是印刷有導線之薄膜,設作自黏式時,可大為簡化扁平線圈之組裝。
大部分被測量之轉軸皆為高合金MnCr鋼或一般工具鋼。靜止與轉動件之間的功率傳輸可大為改善,如扁平線圈與轉子或定子之間設一層高磁導率材料構成的薄膜,尤其是非晶態金屬薄膜或不導電鐵氧金屬薄膜。其作用為使磁通量被鐵氧引導,而使得較少寄生渦流出現在環境金屬材料中。
高磁導率材料構成之薄膜的厚度為0.01至1mm便已足夠。
讀取線圈比詢答線圈寬時較為有利。詢答線圈在轉軸軸向上的寬度例如為3mm,設在一U形鐵氧芯上的讀取線圈例如為20mm時,便足以供應一微型系統。
將扁平線圈設作旋轉對稱平面線圈,尤其是多層式時,可達到一均勻的能量傳輸。藉多層式平面線圈可使電感及匝數簡單配合需求,故詢答線圈可有利地配合微型系統需要的供應電壓及負載電阻。
扁平線圈由一具平行導線可被任意截斷之薄膜帶構成時,詢答線圈的適配特別簡單,其導線末端在彎成圓筒形後偏移一距離,藉靠攏接觸而構成線圈。
扁平線圈設在轉軸及/或定子一環溝中時,線圈可被有利保護而定位於其軸向位置上,故即使振動時亦不會偏移。
高磁導率薄膜之磁導率高於線圈周遭之轉軸及/或定子材料之磁導率時,可適當選擇設在線圈與其金屬環境間之薄膜的材料。
在一特佳實施例中,轉軸由鋼製成,尤其是CrMn鋼,並將尤其是由旋轉對稱扁平線圈構成之詢答線圈設在一由非晶態金屬構成的薄膜上。所有試驗皆證明此種組合可達到最佳功率傳輸。讀取線圈中之電流可降低為1/5。
定子由鋁製成並將尤其是由旋轉對稱扁平線圈構成之讀取線圈設在一鐵氧薄膜上的組合可得到有利的良好耦合。
該耦合在某些情形下可被更進一步改良,如定子及/或轉子與鐵氧薄膜之間再設另一由良好導電材料,尤其是銅,構成之薄膜。
最後有利的是,使讀取線圈捲繞在一鐵氧芯上並使設在定子內壁由一高磁導率材料或鐵氧材料構成之薄膜在讀取線圈處中斷。
本發明之其他細節、優點及特徵將配合下述圖式所示一較佳實施例而加以說明,其中相同元件標示相同符號。
圖1至圖4係顯示讀取及詢答線圈之不同示意圖。
圖1中捲繞於一罩形或E形鐵氧芯23之讀取線圈2與一旋轉對稱捲繞之詢答線圈4對立。詢答線圈之導線14為一捲繞在具U形截面之環形芯體24上的繞組。
U形自由邊25對準E形鐵氧芯23之中間及外側邊25。
圖2係顯示一旋轉對稱之軸向配置實施例。詢答線圈4固定在轉子11頂壁13,讀取線圈2則同軸固定於定子1頂壁12。讀取及詢答線圈之兩導線捲繞在相對罩形鐵氧芯26之中心柱上。
圖3之配置原則上與圖1所示相同,其中定子1包圍轉子11,讀取線圈2之罩形或E形鐵氧芯23被一U形鐵氧芯取代,讀取線圈之導線捲繞在其上。在此實施例中導線捲繞在U形芯體的底部,但其亦可捲繞在兩自由邊25上。
圖4顯示一對旋轉對稱對立之線圈,即讀取線圈2與詢答線圈4。兩線圈之載體27由具U形截面之環形芯體24構成,其自由邊25彼此對立。
不同於圖1至圖4所示之環形線圈,詢答線圈在圖5中有利地設作平面線圈。導線14之一部分設在一薄膜15上,而構成平面線圈19之一部分。接點27設在薄膜15相對之面上。下一層設相同之接點,其在相對的面上,使得兩層相疊時一層之接點與另一層之另一接點接觸,其他兩接點則用於外接觸。如平面線圈之導線14為螺旋式,則一層中電流由外向內流,另一層相反。該平面線圈可構成讀取線圈亦可構成詢答線圈。線圈套到轉軸上時,不構成旋轉對稱之線圈。平面線圈覆蓋定子或轉子的範圍越大,能量的傳輸越均勻。
圖6係顯示兩層式平面線圈接觸之垂直截面圖。平面線圈下層28之接點27設作接觸丘30。兩層28,29壓緊時,接觸丘30伸入一相對的開口31中而接觸接觸面32,並可以適當方式與該接觸面32連接。
如此可使任意多之平面線圈上下疊置,如圖7所示。特別有利於成本的是使設在一薄膜15上的平面線圈如圖8所示具多條並排之導線14。其末端33之接點27藉部份34之適當引導而與部份35之導線14錯開一距離,故環繞例如轉子時導線可作為繞組。該線圈在對角線的末端各具一外接觸端36。此種薄膜可適當裁剪以用於不同直徑。
圖9係顯示平面線圈19設作如圖4所示讀取及詢答線圈之配置。定子1較佳係由導電性良好之材料製成,例如鋁。讀取線圈2與定子1間設一薄膜18,其較佳係由一鐵氧材料製成,尤其是厚度為0.2 mm之鐵氧薄膜,如Epcos公司之產品F96。薄膜與定子間可再設一厚度例如為0.05 mm的銅薄膜。讀取線圈2較佳為旋轉對稱之線圈,其在適當位置以適當方式與讀寫器連接。與其相對之詢答線圈4同樣由旋轉對稱之平面線圈19構成。詢答線圈與一般皆由工具鋼,尤其是工具機轉軸3,構成之轉子11間設一厚度為0.025 mm之薄膜17,其由具高磁導率之材料製成,亦即一非晶態軟磁性金屬,例如Vakuumschmelze Hanau公司之產品Vitrovac。
圖10係顯示讀取線圈2另一實施例之水平截面圖,其線圈8捲繞在一U形鐵氧芯7的自由邊25上。此處讀取線圈2容置在一鋁製殼體37內並被灌注材料38固定。讀取線圈2環境5亦可設另一材料,如結構鋼,但同樣較佳為鋁。定子1內壁帶狀設置上述薄膜18其在讀取線圈處39中斷。
圖11係顯示圖10線XI-XI之垂直截面圖。中斷之鐵氧層18在朝向定子1的一側另設一良好導電層22,例如由銅構成。旋轉對稱且軸向上明顯較細之詢答線圈4設在一環溝21中。設作平面線圈19之詢答線圈4與轉子11之間設已述高磁導率之軟磁性薄膜17,其軸向上的寬度大於詢答線圈4。
如此可以習知詢答機系統之解析及傳輸技術使微晶片及感測器具足夠之功率,尤其是使成本低廉。詢答線圈軸向上之寬度一般為6 mm,設在定子與轉子間之薄膜的軸向寬度一般為7 mm。鐵氧層厚度為0.2 mm,高磁導率層厚度為0.025 mm便已足夠。此種平面線圈之厚度約為0.1 mm,工作頻率約為125 kH。
詢答機系統使用其他頻率時可進行適當調整。如此得到之線圈組合即使用於機械製造之一般金屬環境亦可提供極高之品質。詢答線圈可配合負荷。依據本發明之方法只需一極小之發射線圈便可供應轉子上之微系統。發射線圈之一般尺寸為25 x 25 x 25 mm。當然亦可在一系統中組合多個線圈。
線圈較佳為串聯諧振,其可在靜止及移動件之間達到特別良好之能量傳輸。已述方法相較於空心線圈可達到10倍以上的改良。

- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該至少一讀取線圈係設作為捲繞在一U形芯體上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該扁平線圈係在該定子及/或該轉子之圓柱形周壁內側及/或外側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該至少一詢答線圈及/或該至少一讀取線圈固定在該定子及/或該轉子頂壁內側及/或外側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該扁平線圈係設作自黏式。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該高磁導率材料構成之薄膜的厚度為0.01mm至1mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該至少一讀取線圈比該至少一詢答線圈寬。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該 扁平線圈係設作旋轉對稱平面線圈。
- 一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設在定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉軸上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸,其中,該至少一詢答線圈與該至少一讀取線圈中之至少一者係設作一扁平線圈,其中,該扁平線圈由一具平行導線可被任意截斷為所希望長度之薄膜帶構成,該平行導線之導線末端在彎成圓筒形後偏移一距離,藉靠攏接觸而構成線圈,以及其中:該定子構成該至少一讀取線圈之環境且該定子係由一具低磁導率之良好導電材料製成,及/或在該至少一詢答線圈處的定子內壁設有由高磁導率材料構成的薄膜。
- 一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設在定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉軸上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸,其中,該至少一詢答線圈與該至少一讀取線圈中之至少一者係設作一扁平線圈,其中,該扁平線圈係設在該轉軸及/或該定子一環溝中,以及其中:該定子構成該至少一讀取線圈之環境且該定子係由一具低磁導率之良好導電材料構成,及/或 在該至少一詢答線圈處的定子內壁設有由高磁導率材料構成的薄膜。
- 一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設在定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉軸上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸,其中,在該至少一詢答線圈處的定子內壁設有由高磁導率材料構成的薄膜,其中,該由高磁導率材料構成的薄膜具有一第一磁導率,其中,該轉軸及/或該定子之材料具有一第二磁導率;以及其中,該第一磁導率大於該第二磁導率。
- 一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設在定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉軸上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸,其中,該轉軸包含CrMn鋼,以及其中,該至少一詢答線圈設在一非晶態金屬上。
- 一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設在定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉子上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸,該轉子包含一轉軸,其中,在至少一該詢答線圈處的定子內壁設有由高磁導率材料構成的薄膜,其中,該定子包含鋁,以及 該至少一讀取線圈設在一鐵氧薄膜上。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之詢答機系統,其中,該定子及/或該轉子與該鐵氧薄膜之間再設另一由良好導電材料構成之薄膜。
- 一種詢答機系統,其可在至少一設在定子上之讀取線圈構成的靜止側,與至少一設在轉軸上之詢答線圈構成的轉動側之間進行無接觸之感應能量傳輸,其中,該至少一讀取線圈捲繞在一鐵氧芯上,以及其中,設在該定子內壁由一高磁導率材料或鐵氧材料構成之薄膜在該至少一讀取線圈處中斷。
