Claims (6)
- 금속박을 포함하는 적층필름으로 이루어지는 봉입체(封入體)에 정전극, 부전극 및 전해액을 수납해서 이루어지는 비수(非水) 전해질 전지용의 리드선으로서,(1) 니켈, 니켈도금구리 또는 구리 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 리드선 금속,(2) 상기 리드선 금속 표면의 상기 봉입체에 밀봉 접착되는 부분에 있는, 폴리아크릴산과 폴리아크릴산 아미드를 함유하는 수지성분과 지르코늄염, 티탄염 또는 몰리브덴염 중 어느 하나를 함유하는 처리액을 도포해서 형성된 복합피막층,(3) 상기 복합피막층의 바깥쪽에 있고 상기 봉입체에 밀봉 접착되는 절연체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지용 리드선.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복합피막층은, 상기 수지성분이 1~2OO㎎/㎡, 상기 지르코늄염, 티탄염 또는 몰리브덴염 중 어느 하나가 0.5~50㎎/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지용 리드선.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 수지성분과 상기 지르코늄염, 티탄염 또는 몰리브덴염 중 어느 하나의 비율이 1:3~6:1의 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지용 리드선.
- 금속박을 포함하는 적층필름으로 이루어지는 봉입체, 상기 적층필름에 수납되어 있는 정전극, 부전극 및 전해액, 상기 정전극, 상기 부전극 각각에 접속되고 봉입체 외부로 인출되는 리드선을 가지는 비수 전해질 전지로서,상기 리드선은,(1) 니켈, 니켈도금구리 또는 구리 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 리드선 금속,(2) 상기 리드선 금속 표면의 상기 봉입체에 밀봉 접착되는 부분에 있는, 폴리아크릴산과 폴리아크릴산 아미드를 함유하는 수지성분과 지르코늄염, 티탄염 또는 몰리브덴염 중 어느 하나를 함유하는 처리액을 도포해서 형성된 복합피막층,(3) 상기 복합피막층의 바깥쪽에 있고 상기 봉입체에 밀봉 접착되는 절연체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
