Description
本発明は、上述した実情に鑑みてなされたもので、ノンクロムで表面処理され、耐フッ化水素酸性に優れた非水電解質電池及びリード線を提供することを課題とする。
なお、非水電解質電池のリード線以外の分野では、ジルコニア系、チタン系の金属塩は、クロムに代わる皮膜として既に実用化が多く試みられており、有効であることが判明している。
Claims (4)
- 正電極、負電極及び電解液を、金属箔を含む積層フィルムからなる封入体に収納してなる非水電解質電池用のリード線であって、
前記封入体に封着されて取り出される部分のリード線金属表面には、ポリアクリル酸とポリアクリル酸アミドを含む樹脂成分とジルコニウム塩,チタン塩またはモリブデン塩のいずれかの金属塩とを含み、前記樹脂成分と前記金属塩の比率が1:3〜6:1の割合の処理液の塗布により複合皮膜層が形成され、前記複合皮膜層の外側に前記封入体に封着される絶縁体を備えていることを特徴とする非水電解質電池用リード線。 - 前記複合皮膜層は、前記樹脂成分が1〜200mg/m2、前記金属塩が0.5〜50mg/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池用リード線。
- 前記リード線金属は、ニッケル又はニッケルメッキ銅又は銅であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の非水電解質電池用リード線。
- 前記請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非水電解質電池用リード線を用いたことを特徴とする非水電解質電池。
