Abstract
【解決手段】正極板、負極板及び電解液を、金属箔を含むラミネートフィルムからなる外装ケース1に収納してなる非水電解質電池用で、外装ケース1のシール部6に封着される取出し部分を絶縁樹脂シール8で覆ったタブリード7であって、取出し部分に外装ケース1に封着するための位置決め用の切り欠き10を設ける。この位置決め用の切り欠き10は、絶縁樹脂シート8のマージン部、又はタブリード金属の側縁部、或いはその両方に跨るように形成する。

Claims (6)
- 正極板、負極板及び電解液を、金属箔を含むラミネートフィルムからなる外装ケースに収納してなる非水電解質電池用で、外装ケースのシール部に封着される取出し部分を絶縁樹脂シールで覆ったタブリードであって、
前記取出し部分に前記外装ケースに封着するための位置決め用の切り欠きを設けたことを特徴とする非水電解質電池用タブリード。 - 前記位置決め用の切り欠きを、前記絶縁樹脂シートのマージン部に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池用タブリード。
- 前記位置決め用の切り欠きを、タブリード金属の側縁部に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池用タブリード。
- 前記位置決め用の切り欠きを、前記絶縁樹脂シートのマージン部とタブリード金属の側縁部に跨るように形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池用タブリード。
- 請求項1〜4に記載の非水電解質電池用タブリードを用いたことを特徴とする非水電解質電池。
- 位置決め用の切り欠きが、外装ケースの外側に位置するように設けて封着したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の非水電解質電池。
