Abstract
Description
도 1은 Eu-도핑 가루의 전형적인 여기와 방출 스펙트럼을 보여준다. 더하여진 Eu2O3의 양은 0.03mol인데, 달리 말하면 x = 0.06이 된다. 300nm 내지 470nm의 매우 넓은 범위의 파장의 영역, 주로 360nm 내지 400nm의 영역에 걸친 여기의 효율은 이 도면으로 명확해진다. 더 큰 파장의 영역에서의 여기의 감소는 Eu2+ 흡수대역(absorption band)에 의해 야기된다. 그러나, 400nm 또는 이보다도 단파(약 340nm까지의 범위의 파장)의 양자 효율과 비교되는 460nm에서 양자의 효율이 여전히 측정된다.
Claims (11)
- 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구로서,300nm에서 470nm의 영역에서 일차 방사를 방출하는 적어도 하나의 발광다이오드를 광원으로서 구비하고,이 발광이 발광다이오드의 일차 방사에 노출된 인광 물질에 의해서 부분적으로 또는 완전히 장파 방사로 변환되며,상기 변환은 적어도 Eu-활성 칼슘 마그네슘 클로로실리케이트 부류로부터 생긴 녹색-방출 인광 물질과, Ce-활성 희토류 석류석 부류로부터 생긴 적어도 하나의 황색-방출 인광 물질을 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 녹색-방출 인광 물질은, x 값이 0.005에서 1.6 사이에 있고 y 값이 0에서 0.1 사이(각 경우에 있어서 차단값(cut-off value)을 포함)에 있는 실험식인 Ca8-x-yEuxMnyMg(SiO4)4Cl2를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 황색-방출 인광 물질은 RE3(Al,Ga)5O12:Ce로 표시되는, Y, Gd, Lu, La 및 Tb로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 희토류(RE)의 석류석인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,일차 방출된 방사는, 330nm 내지 370nm의 파장 영역에 있고, 상기 일차 방출된 방사는 430nm 내지 470nm의 청색 영역, 490nm 내지 525nm의 녹색 영역 및 545nm 내지 590nm의 황색 영역에서 방출 최대치를 가지는 세가지 인광 물질에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 4항에 있어서,일차 방출된 방사는 430nm 내지 470nm의 청색 파장 영역에 있고, 상기 일차 방출된 청색 방사는 545nm 내지 590nm의 황색 영역 및 490nm 내지 525nm의 녹색 영역에서 방출 최대치를 가지는 두 가지 인광 물질에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 1항에 기재된 바와 같은 백색-방출 발광 변환 발광다이오드로서,단파의 빛을 방출하는, 특히 Ga(In)N에 기반을 둔 발광다이오드가 일차 방사 광원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,추가로 Mn을 사용하지 않고 Eu의 비율 x가 0.1에서 1.0사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조명 기구는 인광 물질이 칩에 직접적으로 혹은 간접적으로 접촉하는 발광 변환 발광다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조명 기구는 발광다이오드 어레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 인광 물질들 중 적어도 하나가 발광다이오드 어레이 앞에 배열된 광학 기구 위에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 황색-방출 인광 물질은 YAG:Ce 또는 TbAG:Ce로 표시되는, 희토류가 Y 또는 Tb인 석류석인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광을 방출하는 조명 기구.
