Claims (4)
- 기판상에 발열체, 및 저융점 금속체 또는 PTC 소자를 가지고, 상기 발열체의 발열에 의하여 상기 저융점 금속체의 녹아 끊김 또는 상기 PTC 소자의 트립이 발생되는 과전류 보호장치에 있어서,피보호 회로로의 통전 라인에 있어서의 전압강하를 검출하는 제 1 검지소자 또는 외부의 동작환경의 이상을 검출하는 외부센서, 및 상기 제 1 검지소자의 전압강하량 또는 상기 외부센서로부터의 신호에 따라서 상기 발열체에 대전류를 흐르게 하여 상기 발열체를 급속 발열시키는 스위칭 소자가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전류 보호장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자로서 FET 가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전류 보호장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 금속체 또는 상기 PTC 소자가 상기 발열체상에 절연층을 통하지 않고 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전류 보호장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 피보호 회로의 단자전압을 검출하는 제 2 검지소자가 형성되고, 그 단자전압에 따라서 상기 스위칭 소자가 상기 발열체에 대전류를 흐르게 하여 상기 발열체를 급속 발열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전류 보호장치.
