Claims (5)
- 현탁중합으로 제조되는 메타크릴계 수지에 있어서, 메틸메타크릴레이트 80∼98 중량부 및 단관능성 불포화 단량체 2∼20 중량부로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 프로피오네이트계 산화방지제 0.1∼1 중량부를 투입한 후, 현탁중합된 메타크릴계 수지.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단관능성 불포화 단량체는 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 프로필 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 및 벤질 메타크릴레이트의 메타크릴산 에스테르류; 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트의 아크릴산 에스테르류; 아크릴산, 메타크릴산의 불포화 카르복실산, 무수말레산; 2-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, 모노글리세롤 아크릴레이트의 하이드록시기를 함유하는 에스테르; 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드; 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴; 알릴 글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트; 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌의 스티렌계 단 량체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴계 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로피오네이트계 산화방지제는 옥타데실 3-(3,5-디-터셔리부틸-4-하이드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜-비스-3(3-터셔리부틸-4-하이드록시-5-메틸페닐)프로피오네이트, 33(3,5-디-터셔리-부틸-4-하이드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 디스테릴티올디프로피오네이트, 라울티올 프로피오네이트 메탄, 디-페닐-이소옥틸 프로피오네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴계 수지.
- 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 단관능성 불포화 단량체로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물에 프로피오네이트계 산화방지제, 개시제 및 연쇄이동제를 혼합하고; 그리고상기 혼합물에 이온교환수 및 현탁안정제를 투입하여 현탁중합하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴계 수지의 제조방법.
