Claims (25)
- (1) (a) 1 종 혹은 2 종 이상의 당쇄 아스파라긴을 함유하는 혼합물에 함유되는 이 당쇄 아스파라긴에 플루오레닐메톡시카르보닐 (Fmoc) 및 t-부틸옥시카르보닐 (Boc) 기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 지용성의 보호기를 도입하여 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체 혼합물을 얻는 공정,및(b) 이 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체 혼합물 또는 이 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체 혼합물에 함유되는 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체를 가수분해하여 얻어지는 혼합물을 크로마토그래피를 사용하여 각 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체를 분리하는 공정,을 포함하고,이때, 상기 공정 (a) 가, 비환원 말단에 시알산 잔기를 갖는 1 종 혹은 2 종 이상의 당쇄 아스파라긴을 함유하는 혼합물에 함유되는 이 당쇄 아스파라긴에 플루오레닐메톡시카르보닐 (Fmoc) 기를 도입하고, 또한 시알산 잔기에 벤질기를 도입하여 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체 혼합물을 얻는 공정인, 당쇄 아스파라긴 유래의 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (b') 공정 (b) 에서 분리된 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체를 당 가수분해 효소를 사용하여 가수분해하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 지용성의 보호기가 플루오레닐메톡시카르보닐 (Fmoc) 기인 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체의 제조 방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, (b') 공정 (b) 에서 분리된 당쇄 아스파라긴 유도체를 당 가수분해 효소를 사용하여 가수분해하는 공정,(c') 공정 (c) 에서 얻어진 당쇄 아스파라긴을 당 가수분해 효소를 사용하여 가수분해하는 공정, 또는상기 (b') 공정 및 상기 (c') 공정을 추가로 포함하는 당쇄 아스파라긴의 분리 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 지용성의 보호기가 플루오레닐메톡시카르보닐 (Fmoc) 기인 당쇄 아스파라긴의 분리 방법.
