Claims (5)
- 용선예비처리 과정에서 발생된 슬래그(이하, "용선슬래그"라 함)를 적치한 후, 수냉각시키는 방법에 있어서,용선슬래그를 수냉각하기 전, 적치된 용선슬래그 위에 제강공정에서 부산하는 슬래그(이하 "도포슬래그")를 도포하되,그 도포슬래그는, 용융상이며, 산화칼슘 단독상(free-CaO)이 전체 중량의 10% 이하로 함유하며, 용선슬래그의 표면에 존재하는 탄소와 반응하여 발생되는 기포에 의해, 도포슬래그층에 물의 침투가 가능한 다공성 구조를 형성시킬 수 있도록 전체 중량 대비 1% 이상의 활성산소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선예비처리 슬래그의 냉각방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도포슬래그는, 50∼300mm의 두께로 용선슬래그 위에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선예비처리 슬래그의 냉각방법.

- 용선의 용선예비처리 과정에서 발생된 용선슬래그를 적치하는 단계;전로 조업과정에서 부산하는 용융상태의 전로슬래그를 적치된 용선슬래그 위에 50∼300mm의 두께로 도포하는 단계; 및용융상태의 전로슬래그가 도포된 용선슬래그 위에 냉각수를 뿌리는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선예비처리 슬래그의 냉각방법.
