- 다음 화학식 Ⅰ 을 갖는 화합물 및 생리학적으로 용인가능한 산을 수반하는 그의 염(상기 화합물이 광학 이성질체, 라세미 혼합물 및 각각의 에난시오머 형태로 존재할 수 있을 경우에 한함) :화학식 ⅠR1 이 히드록시가 아닐 때 R4 는 또한 히드록시메틸이라는 조건 하에,이 식에서,R1 은 히드록시 또는 (C1-6 알킬)카르보닐옥시이고 ;R2 및 R3 은 독립적으로 수소이며 ;R4 는 포르밀, 히드록시에틸, 히드록시프로필, 히드록시부틸, 히드록시펜틸, 에톡시메틸, 메톡시카르보닐, 아미노, 아미노프로필, 아세틸, 1,2-디히드록시에틸 또는 에틸아미노메틸이고 ;R5 는 수소이며 ;Ar 은 페닐이고 ;R6 및 R7 은 이소프로필이다.

- 다음을 포함하는, 제 1 항 및 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물의 제조방법(a) 화학식 Ⅱ 의 화합물을 아민 HNR6R7(여기에서, R6 및 R7 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일함)과 반응시키거나화학식 Ⅱ이 식에서,R1 내지 R5 및 Ar 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일하고,Y 는 이탈기임,b) 화학식 Ⅲ 의 화합물을 환원시키거나화학식 Ⅲ이 식에서,R1 내지 R7 및 Ar 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일하고,모든 히드록시기는 보호될 것임,c) 화학식 Ⅳ 의 이차 아민을 N-알킬화시키거나화학식 Ⅳ이 식에서,R1 내지 R5 및 Ar 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일하고,모든 히드록시기는 보호될 것이며,Z 는 제 1 항에 규정한 R6 및 R7 과 동일함,d) 화학식 Va 또는 Vb 의 화합물을 환원시키거나화학식 Va화학식 Vb상기 화학식 Va 및 Vb 에서,R1 내지 R7 및 Ar 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일하고,모든 히드록시기는 보호될 것이며,W 는 히드록시기 또는 할로겐을 의미함,e) 화학식 Ⅵ 의 화합물에서 R1 a 를 히드록시로 전환시키거나화학식 Ⅵ이 식에서,R2 내지 R7 및 Ar 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일하고,R1 a 는 카르복시 또는 C1-7알콕시임,f) 화학식 Ⅶ 의 화합물에서 C2-6알킬렌을 C2-6알킬, 히드록시(C2-6알킬) 또는 디히드록시(C2-6알킬)로 환원시키거나화학식 Ⅶ이 식에서,R1, R6, R7 및 Ar 은 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일하고,R2 b 내지 R5 b 중 하나는 C2-6알킬렌이며 나머지는 R2 내지 R5 에대하여 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 동일함,g) 제 1 항에 규정한 바와 같은 화학식 Ⅰ 의 화합물에서, R1 내지 R5 기 중 하나 또는 그 이상을 다른 기로 전환시키거나 또는 R1 내지 R5 중 다른 기로 전환시키고,다음의 단계 ⅰ), ⅱ) 및 ⅲ) 중 하나 또는 그 이상의 단계를 수행한다 :ⅰ) 수득한 화합물에서 히드록시 보호기를 분열시키는 단계 ;ⅱ) 수득한 화학식 Ⅰ 의 염기를 생리학적으로 용인가능한산을 수반하는 그것의 염으로 전환(역 또한 성립)시키는 단계 ;ⅲ) 수득한 광학 이성질체 혼합물을 각각의 에난시오머로 분리하는단계.
