Abstract
<B>"NOVOS COMPOSTOS, SEUS USOS E PREPARAçõES"<D>. A invenção se refere a novos compostos de fórmula (I) abaixo: em que R1, R2, R3, R4, R4, R5, R6, R7 e Ar são como definidos na reivindicação 1, seus sais com ácidos fisiologicamente aceitáveis e quando os compostos podem estar na forma de isómeros óticos, de mistura racêmica e de enantiomorfos individuais. Os compostos apresentam atividade anticolinérgica, e a invenção também se refere aos compostos de fórmula (I) para uso como substâncias terapeuticamente ativas, às composições farmacêuticas contendo compostos de fórmula (I), ao uso dos compostos de fórmula (I) para preparação de medicamentos anticolinérgicos, ao uso dos compostos de fórmula (I) para tratamento de incontinência urinária e métodos para preparação de compostos de fórmula (I).
