Claims (3)
- 동력차량의 엔진회전축과 연결된 베벨기어부(100)로부터 전달받은 동력을 단속하는 클러치부(200)가 전진클러치부(20)와 후진클러치부(40)로 이루어지고, 상기 전진클러치부(20) 및 후진클러치부(40)는 각각 전진커플링(25)과 후진커플링(45)을 통해 전진구동기어(26)와 후진구동기어(46)에 결합되어 차동기어부(60)와 연결되며, 상기 차동기어부(60)에서 메인구동축(16), 액슬조립체 및 감속기어조립체에 순차적으로 동력이 전달되는 트랜스미션에 있어서,상기 클러치부(200)의 액슬하우징(76) 내부 일측에 연결되는 하나 이상의 마찰플레이트(32);상기 마찰플레이트 사이사이에 위치되는 하나 이상의 마찰디스크(33);상기 마찰디스크 일단에 연결되는 보조커플링(35a);상기 보조커플링과 상기 후진커플링 일측의 사이에 위치되는 일방향베어링(36); 및상기 마찰플레이트와 상기 마찰디스크의 일측에 위치되는 피스톤(34)을 포함하여 이루어지는 전진보조클러치부(30)가 추가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르막 경사로 밀림방지용 단순구조 트랜스미션 내장형 액슬장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감속기어조립체는 상기 메인구동축(16)에 제1선기어(51)가 결합되고 상기 제1선기어(51)는 다수의 제1유성기어(52)와 치합되며 상기 다수의 제1유성기어(52)는 액슬조립체(300)에 고정된 제1링기어(53)와 치합되면서 제1캐리어축(54)과 연결되고 상기 제1캐리어축(54)은 제2선기어(51')와 결합되고 상기 제2선기어(51')는 다수의 제2유성기어(52')와 치합되며 상기 다수의 제2유성기어(52')는 액슬조립체(300)에 고정된 제2링기어(53')와 치합되면서 제2캐리어축(54')과 연결되어 바퀴에 동력이 감속전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르막 경사로 밀림방지용 단순구조 트랜스미션 내장형 액슬장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액슬조립체(300)에는 구동축을 제동하는 습식브레이크조립체(70) 및 파킹브레이크조립체(80)가 구비되며,상기 습식브레이크조립체(70)는 메인구동축(16)과 스플라인 결합된 브레이크커플링(71)과 상기 브레이크커플링(71)의 외주면에 결합된 브레이크마찰디스크(73)와 상기 브레이크마찰디스크(73)와 일정간격을 유지한 채 교번되게 설치되며 액슬하우징(76)에 고정결합된 브레이크마찰플레이트(72)와 유압에 의해 상기 브레이크마찰디스크(73)와 브레이크마찰플레이트(72)를 압착시키는 브레이크피스톤(74)과 상기 브레이크피스톤(74)에 복원력을 제공하는 복원스프링(75)으로 이루어지며,상기 파킹브레이크조립체(80)는 상기 브레이크마찰디스크(73)와 브레이크마 찰플레이트(72)를 압착시키는 파킹브레이트피스톤(81) 및 상기 파킹브레이크피스톤(81)에 탄성력을 제공하여 지지하는 스프링(82)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르막 경사로 밀림방지용 단순구조 트랜스미션 내장형 액슬장치.
