Claims (9)
- 오산화인 및 인산염이 함유되어 이루어지는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 오산화인의 함유량이 0.05∼5.0중량%, 상기 인산염이 1∼16중량%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,인산염이 제 1인산리튬, 제 2인산리튬, 제 1인산칼슘, 제 2인산칼슘, 제 1인산알루미늄 및 제 2인산알루미늄 중에서 선택되는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트.
- 제 1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,700℃의 공기 중에서 3시간 노출했을 때의 산화소모율이 5 내지 9%인 내열성 팽창흑연시트.
- 흑연원료를 강산 및 인산으로 처리한 산처리 흑연원료에, 인산염을 첨가한 원료를 이용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트의 제조방법.
- 흑연원료를 강산으로 처리한 산처리 흑연원료에, 인산과 인산염을 첨가한 원 료를 이용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 5 또는 6항에 있어서,인산은, 오르토인산, 메타인산, 폴리인산, 폴리메타인산 중에서 선택되는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 5 또는 6항에 있어서,인산염은, 제 1인산리튬, 제 2인산리튬, 제 1인산칼슘, 제 2인산칼슘, 제 1인산 알루미늄 및 제 2인산 알루미늄 중에서 선택되는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 5 또는 6 항에 의한 내열성 팽창흑연 시트의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진, 오산화인이 0.05∼5.0중량%, 인산염이 1∼16중량%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 내열성 팽창흑연 시트.
