Description
酸処理黒鉛粒子は、黒鉛を常法に従って硫酸と酸化剤とで処理し、常法に従って乾燥させたものである。詳細に説明すれば、次のとおりである。濃度98%の濃硫酸を撹拌しながら、酸化剤として過酸化水素の60%水溶液を加え、これを反応液とする。この反応液を冷却して10℃の温度に保持し、この反応液に30〜80メッシュの粒度を呈する鱗片状天然黒鉛粉末を添加し、30分間反応を行う。反応後、吸引濾過して酸処理黒鉛を分離し、該酸処理黒鉛を300重量部の水で10分間撹拌して吸引濾過するという洗浄作業を2回繰り返し、酸処理黒鉛から硫酸分を十分除去する。ついで、硫酸分を十分除去した酸処理黒鉛を110℃の温度に保持した乾燥炉で3時間乾燥することにより酸処理黒鉛粒子が製作される。
濃度98%の濃硫酸300重量部を撹拌しながら、酸化剤として過酸化水素の60%水溶液5重量部を加え、これを反応液とした。この反応液を冷却して10℃の温度に保持し、該反応液に粒度30〜80メッシュの天然鱗片状黒鉛粉末100重量部を添加し、30分間反応を行った。反応後、吸引濾過して酸処理黒鉛を分離し、該酸処理黒鉛を300重量部の水で10分間撹拌して吸引濾過するという洗浄作業を2回繰り返し、酸処理黒鉛から硫酸分を充分除去した。
上記参考例と同様にして酸処理黒鉛粉末を作製した。
上記実施例と同様にして酸処理黒鉛粉末を作製した。燐酸として濃度84%のオルト燐酸水溶液と、燐酸塩として濃度50%の第一燐酸アルミニウム水溶液と、ホウ酸飽和水溶液及び塩化イットリウム水溶液とを準備した。酸処理黒鉛粉末100重量部に対し、オルト燐酸1.74〜4.50重量部と第一燐酸アルミニウム4.21重量部とホウ酸0.15〜0.72と塩化イットリウム0.56〜2.82重量部と水0.84〜4.17重量部とからなる溶液を噴霧してこれらを攪拌して均一に配合し湿潤性を有する混合物を作製した。
上記実施例と同様にして酸処理黒鉛粉末を作製した。
Claims (10)
- 膨張黒鉛を主成分とし、これに五酸化燐及び燐酸塩と、酸化イットリウム及び燐酸イットリウムとが分散含有されており、酸化イットリウム及び燐酸イットリウムは、0.5〜5.0重量%の割合で分散含有されてなる耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。
- 五酸化燐は、0.5〜8重量%の割合で分散含有されている請求項1に記載の耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。
- 燐酸塩は、第一燐酸リチウム、第二燐酸リチウム、第一燐酸カルシウム、第二燐酸カルシウム、第一燐酸アルミニウム及び第二燐酸アルミニウムのうちの少なくとも一つから選択されたものであって、1〜10重量%の割合で分散含有されている請求項1又は2に記載の耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。
- ホウ素化合物が更に分散含有されてなる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。
- ホウ素化合物は、酸化ホウ素及び燐酸ホウ素であって、0.1〜1.5重量%の割合で分散含有されている請求項4に記載の耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。
- 黒鉛粉末を強酸で処理した酸処理黒鉛粉末に、燐酸水溶液及び燐酸塩水溶液と塩化イットリウムとを混合した溶液を噴霧してこれらを攪拌して配合し、当該溶液が配合された酸処理黒鉛粉末を950〜1200℃の温度で200〜300倍に膨張させたのちシート化して耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートを製造する方法であって、耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートには、0.5〜8重量%の割合の五酸化燐及び1〜10重量%の割合の燐酸塩と、0.5〜5.0重量%の割合の酸化イットリウム及び燐酸イットリウムとが分散含有されている耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートの製造方法。
- 燐酸は、オルト燐酸、メタ燐酸、ポリ燐酸、ポリメタ燐酸のうちの少なくとも一つから選択される請求項6に記載の耐熱性膨脹黒鉛シートの製造方法。
- 燐酸塩は、第一燐酸リチウム、第二燐酸リチウム、第一燐酸カルシウム、第二燐酸カルシウム、第一燐酸アルミニウム及び第二燐酸アルミニウムのうちの少なくとも一つから選択される請求項6又は7に記載の耐熱性膨脹黒鉛シートの製造方法。
- 混合した溶液には、更にホウ酸が混合されている請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートの製造方法。
- 耐熱性膨脹黒鉛シートには、0.1〜1.5重量%の割合のホウ素化合物が更に分散含有されている請求項9に記載の耐熱性膨脹黒鉛シートの製造方法。
