Description
また、この発明の高耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートの製造方法は、膨張黒鉛からなる膨張黒鉛シートに、ホウ化リン(PB)からなる無機耐熱材粉末、或いはホウ化アルミニウム(AlB2および/またはAlB12)、ホウ化ケイ素(SiB6)、ホウ酸亜鉛(2ZnO・3B2O3・3.5H2O)、及びホウ化リン(PB)のうち、前記ホウ化リン(PB)を含む複数種類の組み合わせからなる無機耐熱材粉末を積層し、前記無機耐熱材粉末層に、膨張黒鉛からなる膨張黒鉛シートを積層し、その後、全体をシート状に圧縮して前記二枚の膨張黒鉛層シートとそれらの間の前記無機耐熱材粉末層とを一体化させる、前記二層の膨張黒鉛層の間に一層の前記無機耐熱材粉末層が挟まれた三層構造を形成するものである。

Claims (2)
- 膨張黒鉛を主原料とし、
ホウ化リン(PB)からなる無機耐熱材粉末、或いはホウ化アルミニウム(AlB2および/またはAlB12)、ホウ化ケイ素(SiB6)、ホウ酸亜鉛(2ZnO・3B2O3・3.5H2O)のうち一種類もしくは複数種類と、ホウ化リン(PB)の組合せからなる無機耐熱材粉末を配合し、
前記膨張黒鉛からなる層の間に前記無機耐熱材粉末からなる層が挟まれた三層構造を有する高耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。 - 膨張黒鉛からなる膨張黒鉛シートに、ホウ化リン(PB)からなる無機耐熱材粉末、或いはホウ化アルミニウム(AlB2および/またはAlB12)、ホウ化ケイ素(SiB6)、ホウ酸亜鉛(2ZnO・3B2O3・3.5H2O)、及びホウ化リン(PB)のうち、前記ホウ化リン(PB)を含む複数種類の組み合わせからなる無機耐熱材粉末を積層し、
前記無機耐熱材粉末層に、膨張黒鉛からなる膨張黒鉛シートを積層し、
その後、全体をシート状に圧縮して前記二枚の膨張黒鉛層シートとそれらの間の前記無機耐熱材粉末層とを一体化させる、
前記二層の膨張黒鉛層の間に一層の前記無機耐熱材粉末層が挟まれた三層構造からなる高耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートの製造方法。
