Abstract
【解決手段】膨張黒鉛を主原料とし、ホウ化アルミニウム(AlB2および/またはAlB12)、ホウ化ケイ素(SiB6)、ホウ酸亜鉛(2ZnO・3B2O3・3.5H2O)およびホウ化リン(PB)のうち一種類もしくは複数種類の組合せからなる無機耐熱材粉末を含んでなり、二層の膨張黒鉛層1で無機耐熱材粉末層2を挟んだ構造を持つ高耐熱性膨張黒鉛シートである。

Claims (2)
- 膨張黒鉛を主原料とし、
ホウ化アルミニウム(AlB2および/またはAlB12)、ホウ化ケイ素(SiB6)、ホウ酸亜鉛(2ZnO・3B2O3・3.5H2O)およびホウ化リン(PB)のうち一種類もしくは複数種類の組合せからなる無機耐熱材粉末を含んでなる、高耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。 - 前記膨張黒鉛が90重量%以上で99重量%以下であり、
前記無機耐熱材粉末が1重量%以上で10重量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の高耐熱性膨張黒鉛シート。
