Description
Claims (5)
- 한 쌍의 기판 사이에 전기 광학 물질이 끼워져 이루어지고, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 일방의 기판 상에,서로 교차하는 복수의 주사선 및 복수의 데이터선,상기 복수의 주사선과 상기 복수의 데이터선의 교차에 대응하여 설치된 복수의 화소 전극,상기 복수의 화소 전극이 배열된 영역의 주변에 위치하는 주변 영역 중 상기 일방의 기판의 제 1 변측에, 상기 제 1 변의 연재 방향을 따라 상기 복수의 데이터선에 대응하여 배치되고, 화상 신호를 샘플링하여 상기 복수의 데이터선에 공급하는 샘플링 회로,상기 주변 영역에 상기 제 1 변을 따라 상기 샘플링 회로보다 상기 제 1 변 부근에 배치되고, 상기 샘플링 회로에 대해서 구동 신호를 공급하는 데이터선 구동 회로,상기 주변 영역에, 상기 제 1 변을 따라 상기 데이터선 구동 회로보다도 상기 제 1 변 부근에 배치되고, 외부로부터 상기 화상 신호가 입력되는 하나 이상의 화상 신호 단자,상기 주변 영역에 있어서, 상기 화상 신호 단자로부터 상기 데이터선 구동 회로의 주위를 우회하여 상기 샘플링 회로에 도달하고, 상기 화상 신호를 상기 샘플링 회로에 공급하는 화상 신호선, 및상기 주변 영역 중 상기 샘플링 회로로부터 보아, 상기 제 1 변에 교차하는 상기 일방의 기판의 제 2 변측에 배치되어 상기 한 쌍의 기판 사이에 전기적인 도통을 실시하는 상하 도통 단자를 구비하고,상기 화상 신호선은, 상기 제 2 변 방향으로 연장된 하나의 직선 부분과 상기 제 1 변 방향으로 연장된 다른 직선 부분과, 상기 하나의 직선 부분과 상기 다른 직선 부분을 연결하는 중간 배선 부분을 구비하고,상기 하나의 직선 부분 및 상기 다른 직선 부분의 각각과, 상기 중간 배선 부분이 이루는 모서리의 각도는 둔각이고,상기 중간 배선 부분은, 상기 상하 도통 단자 옆을 통과하도록 배선되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상하 도통 단자는, 상기 일방 기판 상에서, 평면적으로 보아 상기 중간 배선 부분에 면하는 측의 변이, 상기 중간 배선 부분을 따라 연장된 평면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상하 도통 단자는, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 타방의 기판의 네 모서리 중 상기 제 1 변 및 상기 제 2 변이 이루는 모서리부에 가까운 한 모서리에 대향하는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 화상 신호는, N (단, N 는 2 이상의 자연수) 개 계열로 시리얼-패러럴 변환된 화상 신호로 이루어지고,상기 화상 신호선은 상기 N 개 계열의 화상 신호 각각을 공급하는, 병렬 배치된 N 개의 화상 신호선으로 이루어지고,상기 N 개의 화상 신호선은 각각, 상기 하나의 직선 부분과 상기 다른 직선 부분 사이에 상기 중간 배선 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
