Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 유체의 유동을 제어하기 위한 유체 제어 밸브 조립체이며,유로를 한정하는 하우징과,링형 홈을 구비하고 유로에 마련되되 유로에서 유체를 유동시키기 위한 개방 위치 및 유로에서 유체의 유동을 감소시키기 위한 폐쇄 위치를 갖는 밸브와,외경 및 내경 사이에서 연장되는 유격을 구비하되 축방향으로 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 측면들을 포함하고 홈에 마련되고 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 하우징을 밀폐함으로써 하우징을 통한 유체의 유동을 감소시키는 시일 링과,시일 링의 축방향 측면들 중 하나에 인접하여 홈에 마련됨으로써 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 시일 링의 유격을 통한 유체의 유동을 막는 백업 링을 포함하는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백업 링은 백업 링의 외경 및 내경 사이에서 연장되는 슬릿을 포함하는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백업 링은 하류측 축방향 측면 및 상류측 축방향 측면을 포함하며, 홈은 상류측 표면을 포함하며, 백업 링의 상류측 축방향 측면은 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 시일 링의 축방향 측면들 중 적어도 하나와 접하고 하류측 축방향 측면은 홈의 상류측 표면과 접하는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 슬릿과 유격은 축방향으로 오정렬되는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 슬릿은 시일 링의 유격보다 좁은 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백업 링은 외경 및 내경을 포함하며, 백업 링의 외경은 시일 링의 외경보다 작은 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백업 링은 원주방향으로 연속적인 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 밸브는 본체 및 본체에 제거 가능하게 결합되는 리테이너를 포함하며, 백업 링 및 시일 링은 본체 및 리테이너 사이에서 밸브에 결합되는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 리테이너는 본체에 나사식으로 결합되는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시일 링은 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 방사방향으로 팽창되어 하우징을 밀폐하도록 열팽창율을 갖는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 유체의 유동을 제어하기 위한 유체 제어 밸브 조립체이며,유로를 한정하는 하우징과,링형 홈 및 링형 홈의 서로 대향하는 측면 상에 한 쌍의 링형 돌출부를 구비한 밸브를 포함하고 유로에 마련되되 유로에서 유체를 유동시키기 위한 개방 위치 및 유로에서 유체의 유동을 감소시키기 위한 폐쇄 위치를 갖는 밸브와,외경 및 내경 사이에서 연장되는 유격을 구비하되 홈에 마련되고 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 하우징을 밀폐함으로써 하우징을 통한 유체의 유동을 감소시키는 시일 링과,홈에 마련됨으로써 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 시일 링의 유격을 통한 유체의 유동을 막는 백업 링을 포함하며,링형 돌출부들 중 하나의 외경은 다른 링형 돌출부의 외경보다 작은 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 백업 링은 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 시일 링의 하류측에 마련되며, 링형 돌출부 중 하나는 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 백업 링과 시일 링의 상류측에 마련되며, 다른 링형 돌출부는 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 백업 링의 하류측에 마련되는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 시일 링은 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 방사방향으로 팽창 되어 하우징을 밀폐하도록 열팽창율을 갖는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 유체의 유동을 제어하기 위한 유체 제어 밸브 조립체이며,유로를 한정하는 하우징과,링형 홈을 구비하고 유로에 마련되되 유로에서 유체를 유동시키기 위한 개방 위치 및 유로에서 유체의 유동을 감소시키기 위한 폐쇄 위치를 갖는 밸브와,홈에 마련되되 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 하우징을 밀폐함으로써 하우징을 통한 유체의 유동을 감소시키는 시일 링을 포함하며,링형 돌출부들 중 하나의 외경은 다른 링형 돌출부의 외경보다 작은 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 시일 링의 하류측에서 홈 내에 마련되는 백업 링을 추가로 포함하되, 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 시일 링은 백업 링을 밀폐시키고 백업 링은 밸브의 링형 돌출부들 중 하나를 밀폐시키는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 시일 링은 밸브가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 방사방향으로 팽창되어 하우징을 밀폐하도록 열팽창율을 갖는 유체 제어 밸브 조립체.
